To clean the aluminum parts, I degrease them first and then I pass them to the drum with a metal brush. To give it a new look and give it a brushed steel look, I rub it with Scotch Brite green pad.

The seal and spring system of the brake master cylinder is new like the black lever and the aviation hose but no paint for the brake reservoir (original Honda paint).

I decided not to have the engine repainted (it would cost me too much).
However, the hubs and the clutch and water pump cover were painted with epoxy coat satin black.

The new bearings are installed.

Cleaning the brake pedal.

I renovated the best that I could the aluminium cage guide chain. I'm pretty happy of the result.

And for finish, stickers PRO CIRCUIT on the front mud guard.

The brake lever is new (Bihr). I have changed the bolt and refresh the protective plastic.

The spring was replaced by a larger diameter and then painted with epoxy in the original blue Honda.

As for the fork, the set has been completely checked and prepared by CKR

Tank / carburetor fuel hose Honda

It's a lot better than the old green pipe

I also took a rear wheel axle nut

I had a lot of play in the axis of the pivot of the brake pedal: the piece was well attacked

Some stickers

Radiator cleaned with ultra son then brushed with iron straw.
I then straightened all the fins with a screwdriver.

Thank you guys for all your message!
For the seat cover ==> dfmoto.fr

For the wheels, i still hesitate. I think gold rims will be too "bling bling". I don’t want black rims (no enought 90´s for this bike). The silver rims are the good choice.
What do you think?

GUYS, I NEED HELP FROM THE FORUM COMMUNITY!!!

I search a Pro Circuit Works Pipe for my HONDA 125 CR from 1992.
I can not find one in stock in the shops.

Anyone know where I could order one or maybe one to sell?

Thanks you

Tried Docwob and CHG Imports?

I just searched on ebay and couldn't find their listings, but I got one from DocWob about a year ago.

I have already contacted a importeur of pro circuit pipes.
Pro circuit launches pipes making from the moment they have a certain amount of demand for these pipes. As long as the number is not reached, the production does not start. It can take months, years.

I ask to have this pipes since the month of September but without news.
Nothing on Ebay...

If I can not find, I will orient myself to DEP exhausts but i would have preferred a PC works :/

Some BEFORE/AFTER for the exhaust fixations.

Showa stickers on the fork.

Washers factory style from Bolt for all the plastics and radiatiors.

I have receive the tool for screw the ring bushings bearings. The rear Hub is now finished.

Chainwheel Renthal.

NG brake disc (vintage/OEM style) with HONDA BOLT.

I'm still looking for a Pro Circuit WORKS pipe but I can not find despite my research... Sad

I just googled it - it says the exhaust is not in stock but available for backorder which means you won’t get it right away but they’ll make one for you. I’d call them direct to verify. EDIT: if you can’t purchase it directly from pro circuit at least you could show this to whomever imports and/or distributed pro circuit pipes.

Good luck and nice build!!
