Modding my exhaust... It just wasn't large enough so I'm re-coring it.

Can you make two??
This is the exact problem Bud racing is having with my CF can. The core they use is too small. Who made your core?

The top clamp is being replaced as soon as I get it.
I put this top clamp on to hold it together.
Also, I'm replacing the bolts with Ti Cool

Sorry.... If I was rich and didn't have to work I'd have it done...
It is a lot of work begging for parts Shocked
Not to mention there are a ton of one off parts on this build and some first time engine mods....
I'm hoping to do this photo shoot and testing this spring...

Just a update... I started mocking up the front end..

A little more Ti..

More goodies showed up today from Hammerhead.
I have used Hammerhead products for many years.
Everything has always been top quality.
These parts are no exception.
The shift lever is for a KX500 and has a 20mm extended tip.
Makes it nice for those with a larger shoe size Laughing
The rear brake lever is another sweet piece for the 2016 KTM 250 SXF chassis.
Looks and fits great.
The tip is Titanium so for those with weight reduction in mind this is a perfect match Cool

Thank you Hammerhead!

Road cycling is a funny old thing. While electric Bikes have grown in popularity amongst mountain bikers, for those fans of a skinnier tyre, the electric bike has traditionally been a shameful pastime synonymous with commuters, older cyclists and cheating cyclocross riders.

On most of the parts no, but I had some issues with the tank and will see how it turned out in the morning.
I believe the issue is my cheap spray gun. I actually sprayed it and it came out very dull.
Then I wiped it all off with acetone, scrubbed it, baked it, and shot it again after disassembling the gun, cleaning, and reassembling it. It did spray more consistent the second time but we'll see.

Got ya. I was concerned it may leave kind of a dull or milky finish. I’ve had that problem with clear coats.
