So I talked to Clayton today and he had lots of insight and ideas. Due to the cost of doing a 1 off bracket though its not budget friendly. He said if i had a few guys with the new CRF that wanted it we could do some sort of buy in and get the price down but it was still very high which i totally understand but its just not for me. So back to making my own model and going that route. I think I will modify the Brembo mount first to fit and then use that as my template moving forward.

We might be interested in making a few of these. They're relatively simple parts, my only worry is that some will want to use it with the stock rotor and others will want to use it with an oversize rotor. So that would be two different brackets... And then which size of oversize rotor, 270? 280? each would require a different bracket. If we had a reasonable idea of demand and for what size it might make sense to make a batch.

I was looking for a crf bracket to fit bremo caliper for a long time . So i just ue honda caliper for now ..

But couldn`t you make a dual hole bracket . It would be 260 and 270 for older crf forks , and 270-280 for 15+crf.

Well one thing you can do is market it as a 2006-2019 yz upgrade and maybe all years yzf it shares the same hanger spacing as a Honda

I'd probably be interested in a couple of them depending on pricing especially if they will also fit the Yamaha's.

If you check the parts list you see that the 15+ crf use the same caliper adapter. But they moved the adapter mounts instead off replacing he adapter to match the 270 disc

So finally an update but it is long past due. I have been super busy with life unfortunately. There is an adittion on the back of my garage that was not insulated and had no electrical so I have spent some time finishing that off as a nice little work shop. I have not made any progress with getting a bracket designed and made for the front brakes. I decided I will first modify the OEM KTM bracket to fit correctly and then design my bracket off of that. Hopefully I will be able to get this done on my Christmas vacation time. I did get the bike torn down last night and will be prepping stuff to be powder coated tonight and hopefully get it all dropped off tomorrow.

It's on my 2012 CRF250R. It's the Tusk oversized rotor kit (270mm). https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/p/1896/35148/Tusk-Oversized-Floating…

It's almost done. I just have to bleed the line and top the fluid off. I also have to swap the new pads in with the new pin. I just picked up a new left-over 2017 CRF450R, which I haven't touched yet. I have been freshening up my sons CRF50F when I have time. So everything else is put on hold so I can get him riding.

got a short update. I have been receiving parts in the mail slowly and finally got all my frame parts back from powder coat last week. Things in my personal life have been a little crazy and have kept me from making to much progress on the bike. I have made absolutely zero progress on my 3d model for the caliper mount and will likely be modifying the one I have for now until I can catch up a bit. I did also get a brembo clutch master cyl and a magura slave cyl. I have liked Hydro clutch on previous bikes and I am hoping I can get this setup to work well. If not I will just go back to cable clutch. Shipped my rear shock out for service today to Jeremy at EVO east and will be rebuilding the forks myself. Hoping to get into the engine next week and replace the top end, dont really see a need to do bottom end at 40 hours so hopefully I dont find a reason too. Well that is all for now, sorry for the long winded post.

I tried to test everything out today but ended up fighting the bike then couldn't get the brake to build pressure.

It was the 12. I finally got my work laptop with CATIA. I'm just waiting for a spot to open up in the class to use it. My employer doesn't allow us to have access until we complete their into class.

Same for me, I took the training but prefer solid works over catia
