Hello all, I am a retired Nuclear Power Operations Management professional. I used to ride motocross on a Husky years ago, but those days are over. In the Nuclear business we used Neolube liquid to paint studs and other parts for long lasting lube at high temps. The Neolube is a liquid graphite product that you would paint on your chain and let dry. It eliminates friction and drys leaving a very thin coating which attracts no contamination, and super lubrication. I would like to know all your thoughts on this and if anyone has used anything comparable. Want both positive and negative feedback please. Thanks so much, Lee from Oklahoma

Sorry if I offended anyone, as I do realize modern chains have o-rings and encapsulated grease. The point I was trying to make is the fact that this lubricant actually becomes impregnated in the chain thus reducing the contact friction and will not build up anything such as grease or dirt on the outside of the chain. Reducing the friction coefficient automatically gives you more speed. I was only asking a question. Thanks, Lee

That Maverick guy is quite the dick sometimes but he posts SO FRICKIN MUCH that his little jabs at people seem to go unnoticed. What I have picked up anyway.....

Gearbox oil with tungsten disulfide mixed in it for chain lube.
Little grease, Mobil 1, tungsten disulfide powder in wheel bearings.
That's my trick. Spin like bicycle wheels
