"AI difficulty adjusted"

Will be curious to see what that means. From some of y'all's posts it sounded like the AI was better than any previous games (which is a GREAT thing). Do we think they've scaled back the difficulty?
I'm thinking more difficult. Once you get the hang of it they are not as good as they seemed at first. Still better than any other games but on some tracks there still really easy.

Some tracks the AI isnt that good at all. I just finished Neuquen on my extreme career on the 450 and lapped everyone. I know i can also do it at Uddevalla and Villars sous Ecot.

Are you able to upgrade your bike as you continue career?

Sort of is how I'd explain it. I think the career could of been set up a little better, I still really like the game though. You'll get a chance about every 6 races to Change your sponsor and you'll get some new hideous looking sponsor graphics and more aftermarket parts will become eligible sponsors. The parts look a little different but each sponsor exhaust, tires, suspension, etc. all perform about the same.

Been waiting to see if I want to buy this game. Looks like Milestone treats updates same ol same ol... lazy quick minor fix BS. Instead of online voting/ability to choose weather, all they could muster up is to change a simple calculation on how frequently it happens? Lazy. Got a laugh out of this part... "- Improved whip animation" How are whips free if they improved the animation?

I don’t whip, just scrub (and when I do I “brake” it before the animation takes over and bring it back. Looks decent)
I played like 10 races, and only 2 were raining. I can live with that. Before it would have been 3 dry races and the rest wet track or rainy. Once you get past the steepish learning curve the games a blast and you can rail even in the rain. You’re missing out if you enjoy moto games.

Been playing for a few hours after that patch. I haven't noticed anything different at all in all honesty. I don't plan online so i can't comment there. The whips still suck. The audio is still terrible (can't hear my bike when anyone is even near me), and some tracks have framerate issues still.

Has anybody figured out how to get rid of the oversteer? Particularly in slower corners.. I’ve messed about without suspension settings to no avail, with the old games a couple clicks and it got rid of it straight away, but on this one, I dunno, maybe I’m missing something?

It’s ruining the game for me so any tips would be much appreciated.

Nice one.

Use the right stick as sparingly as possible.

I mostly just use it on super tight turns as well as leaning forward / back but touching it in a fast corner has to be beyond feathered.

I use the right stick to lean backwards and forwards, don’t think I ever use it to turn.

I still think it rains too fucking much. Past 5 races it’s rained on 4 of them.

So apparently I have no self control. Saw it on the shelf and picked it up Friday. Seems to be same old same old from MXGP3 and MES. Not necessarily a bad thing, but nothing is shockingly better or different.

Pros:
-Terrain is getting better and closer
-Agueda track is so badass in reference to how sandy it LOOKS
-Still gives the option to run two strokes
-The offroad single track in the training area is the best part of the game. Possible Enduro GP game in the future? Shut up and take my money.
-Clutch works now

Cons:
-Training to "level up"
-Sponsor graphics- Rather run OEM with no sponsor kickback
- Places like Valkenswaard and Lommel are still highways. No real roughness or pliability. You shouldn't be able to pin it wide open down the downhill

That's a damn shame. You never even had the chance to cancel your preorder.

Have you raced Leon yet? They did a pretty good job with making it rough. They just need to work on the terrain deformation now. The graphics in career mode is something they did with MES and released an update to change it because everyone complained. Why they would do it again with mxgp pro is beyond me.

I've noticed I'm using the right stick a little more than I used to. Still don't use it much though. Ive noticed with the pro physics bike is a little more free in the air. You don't whip the bike but you can somewhat set up for the landing angle for an upcoming turn. I hate the prescripted whips and hardly ever use them. Maybe it's just me and it doesn't happen often but I'll accidently do a scrub when I didn't mean to and I'll crash. It is a fun game but the whips are annoying.

Does anyone else throw random whips and crash? Also does anyone else throw a whip and have a hell of a time landing straight and end up crashing?

I kind of gave up on the constant scrubbing until one of the sponsors wanted "11 scrubs in a Grand Prix." Didn't see that coming in the fine print.

The scrubbing looks silly and its too inconsistent on landing.

The sponsors have some very weird objectives. A certain number of whips in the next gp is just odd. It's a good game, but the career needs to be set up a little different. It's a solid game but your main sponsor should not make your bike manufacturer unrecognizable. Sponsor graphics should be patched and never seen again in any future games. I know it's not a huge deal but that small change would make a huge improvement.

Leon is super fun, probably one of the best tracks in the game, just because they nailed the terrain and rough-ness. Honestly this game is great. I’m really enjoying the 2 strokes right now. You can really utilize the clutch and keep your rpms high.
