FAENZA (ITALY), 29 March 2009 – The 2009 FIM Motocross World Championship starts today at Faenza, Italy, and once again Youthstream and FIM welcome another World Championship season.

Giuseppe Luongo, the Youthstream President, stated: “The 2009 FIM Motocross World Championship continues to grow, we will continue to invest on the television production, on the infrastructures, on the promotion, on the comfort for the riders, the teams and the spectators. We have realized everything which was promised. The TV production will have the live on board camera and the jimmy jib, the new pit lane is set up, the Pit Lounge is fully operational and the many other improvements can be already seen in the venue. The Championship will be broadcast online live and free of charge with Freecaster.tv. In 2010 we will start the new 125cc 2 stroke UEM European Championship in six/seven events together with the MX1 and MX2 series.
