Complete mod n restore project. I loved this bike as a teenager n got the bug from a friend doing some vintage racing in my area. New plastic powder coated frame and hubs. New brakes rotors brake lines seat foam n cover cables bolt kits tires chain n sprockets ect. Race tech gold valves and springs on both ends 49mm Showa conventional forks bolted on with an all balls bearing conversion kit and nothing else. Cases bead blasted and painted new bearings on all the main interior. Motor had 88-97 rod installed the cases were matched and the cylinder went to Eric gorr for a 2mm overbore nikasil the liner and port for mid to top. A 97 Head was used to run Eric’s 134cc flat top piston. Boysen rad valve mates roba 38mm pj carb off a 250 and had to get the airboot also. Head was set up to run race gas only and I’m running vp110 with a 182 main 1368 needle in middle n a 52 pot. The bike rips but has no low end at all. Haha. What a blast.

Wheels built by dubya w excel rims. Pipe is a fresco from Italy I have a fmf in great condition I’m gonna try just to see how much difference it makes in character.

Looking good! How does the Fresco pipe line up on the ATAC setup? Do you have a close up picture from the left side? Nice job

Really nice bike. Is that in the 88' 89' fighting red? It looks great.
