And also, keep in mind that Nordic will support this game for a good year maybe year and a half? With updates, DLC and whatnot.
Meanwhile Milestone has probably already jumped ship and working on SX18 (read:re-skin SX17) but i guess MEC will come out as DLC soon

yep same here, me and the boy still play SX Encore All-In all the time but really looking forward to all the different activities to do.

definitely not a sim, which i'm happy about because it makes it fun.

You guys know where my heart is but credit where credit is due. During that trailer...during the soectate part....the custom slot cam is just bad ass and always has been my favorite thing about this series. Love that pov. Nice shot of it in that trailer since we were speaking of it earlier.

I noticed the “B.R.A.A.P” section in the menu where it is build ai profiles or whatever. Hopefully this means we can finally equip a pro on a oem :D

I simply cannot understand why people want it to be as realistic as possible. If I want realism, I'll go outside and ride a real bike.
I want this game to be FUN!

I've played countless hours on Mario Kart. Is turbo-ing around on a Rainbow Road in the sky real? Hell no. But it sure is good fun. A lot more fun that trying to struggle with MVA Encore.

I get the want for realism, but I think above all else I want the game to be fun as well. When I initially saw the previews for the Milestone Supercross game I thought that it was finally the game I've always wanted: authentic locales, real riders, bikes, gear etc. and really good looking graphics. But it turned out to be shallow and people got bored of it pretty quick.

Now with All Out we've got a game that while not exactly gorgeous looks like a blast to play. I am honestly most excited for the free ride maps, just spending hours finding lines and sending it.

One of my favorite things to do in mx unleashed was to go to the freeride maps, switch to the helicopter and go hover it somewhere and then switch back to the mx bike and try to jump over it. you could leave that helicopter hovering anywhere. Was so fun.

Idk I agree that I don't want it to be "too realistic" to the point where its obnoxiously hard to play, but I want fun gameplay where it still looks and rides like dirt bikes really do, so "realistic" in that sense where the track size and bike handling looks realistic. If you watch someone ride mx simulator who is very good at the game it looks INCREDIBLE. I think they need to make a game where its easier to ride like the people who are really good at mx simulator, so that way it looks realistic to where the bikes handle like dirt bikes really do but isn't crazy hard to play because I hear that game is EXTREMELY hard to play but it looks amazing when you are good at the game.

Basically what Im saying is get the physics right, allow more control over the whips/scrubs like reflex, and make the way the bikes ride look realistic but let the game help so its not literally a simulator to where its insanely hard to play while still looking realistic.

Basically make it so it looks like this when you ride but not crazy hard, the crashes are terrible in mx sim also, but make it rides like this with the graphics/bikes/riders of mxgp or MES.


The control you have over the bikes in the air and the way you can lean over in corners makes the game look amazing. Its just that its extremely hard so if they could make it look like this but tone down the difficulty it would be perfect. Then add in amazing graphics of the new games and you have a winner.

20 minutes in on my PS4 pro and this game has so much lag. My first national "opencross" was just about unplayable.

Other than that, it's pretty bad.

Thus far, the people that are streaming and posting videos of the game suck horribly. At least all of the videos I have seen. Not a single person seems to be aware that there is a pre-load function. It is painful to watch them do a SX.
