His true colors over time will be a lot of checkers. People on this board get all wrapped up in what they think the riders attitudes and feelings are or should be. Watch that kid attack the track and tell me he's not at the very top of the sport right now. He's making Zach Osborne work hard for wins. Who the fuck cares if he gets chippy in the heat of the race? You don't run that fast by not being a little on the edge and pissed off when something gets in your way. That's how it works. Passion.

Forkner had a right to be pissed off. The lapper should have saw the blue flag and took the hint. Forkner gets no blame from me, IMO he's justified in his actions.

But Peters had also gotten held up considerably by the same lapper. Theoretically, if the lapper weren’t there at all, then I would bet Forkner was getting 5th.

Leave the kid alone. Yes, the lapped (Alves) should’ve stayed high and let Forkner by, that’s the rules... Could he have been a little more patient ? Maybe, but the kid is going to set records in his career, he’s GOOD, REALLY GOOD ! He’s young and will learn from his mistakes. So far, I LOVE the kids desire to WIN RACES. He knew how many points he was about to lose out on, because of a lappet getting in his way and he was pissef off ! I don’t blame him a bit ....

Everyone takes things differently. I guess he got a little burned and that was his way of getting it out, not saying hes not a punk but hes still a pretty young guy under pressure.
