Nice YZF...I grew up in Simi, and know many rider, parts guys, and former owners of SVC. All good memories.

The guys over there are awesome. They make you feel like part of the family. We’ve known a few of the guys for years. How long did you live out this way?

1966 through 2004. Moved to Moorpark and Canyon Country for a couple years. Then Texas in 04. Just went back briefly as a friend recently passed. It was nice to see SVC still standing.

Got this 03 KX250 for $1500 ... Its still a work in progress but so far its a great bike!!

I ANYBODY wants to part with their 03-07 KX250 OEM silencer I cant wait to get rid of that goddam 3 foot long Turbine core spark arrestor ...not only does it look god awful, it sticks out so far that it pushes against the rear fender tweaking it making the bike look like its got a bent subframe....what makes matters WORSE is the fact that the previous owner looped it out and bent back half of the silencer can slightly more upward than it already is and i HATE the power loss or responsiveness lost by "the condom of 2 stroke dirtbikes" spark arrestor. I will only use this piece of garbage when i absolutely have to and that will be as little as possible

If anyone has an OEM silencer for my 03 KX250 that they dont mind donating or making me a killer deal on it ill cover the shipping and 03-07 fits ...of course an FMF shorty or standard length silencer would be great ....im pretty broke till i start working again and have an interview today ....just want to get a regular silencer on this bike before i go moto down and dont want to have to deal with this 3 foot long atrocity it kills the power delivery .... Help a vital brother out lol

Sorry to hear about your friend.. I moved to CC in 03. SCV is still standing... But it definitely isn’t the same. Crime is going through the roof compared to what it once was, still building more and more homes even though this place is already packed. It’ll take you 45 minutes or more to get to plum canyon if you take San Fernando rd(now railroad ave) from the 14 fwy. Almost every restaurant is packed, people are getting more rude, housing is ridiculously priced, rent is stupid expensive. I can’t wait to get out.

Really liking it. Did not ride it is stock form put the exhaust on it when I put it together. I know some people talking about no bottom end but I can't say that I notice any of that even rode it the woods one day and lugged it around in 3rd gear.

I think the stock husky graphics are sick. Bought plastic and everything but then decided to stay stock.

Wish I had some stand pics. But I don’t....

Thanks it's actually a 2016 350 XCF-W.

Yes you cannot go wrong with KTM big bores. Smile

I had a 2002 520 that I loved, great bike but it had a lot of hours on it and I also had a sweet 250 xcf-w six-days that I also really liked but it needed a little more power.

So I decided to sell them both and split it down the middle and got the 350 XCF-W. 2016 was the last year they made them.

I'm really happy with that decision so far as I'm able to dual sport it and also single track.

KTM and Husqvarna really have the off-road Market dialed in.

So far only Yamaha seems to be dabbing a toe in the water.
The big four are really missing the boat imo.

This is my 06 CRF 450 I don't ride track as much as I used to and haven't raced for a few years but I just cannot bring myself to sell it right now.

It's still a good bike and plenty of power for me.

Extremely fast and reminds me of the 04 YZ 125 that my son use to have as far as weight and handling. I would like to put the green spring in and spend more time on this bike,(health bullcrap) I've only ran it a little over 30 min. on my four acres, I'm 5'10, 218 whoppers and the bike's ergos are perfect. Don't run out and buy a brand new one just yet....hint. Wink Smile
