I'm looking forward to seeing the tracks you come up with and hopefully we can race some of them.
It seems like most of us are somewhat around the same age, me being 27. It is really cool getting to know you guys and some of us aren't too far from each other. Mike is only about 90 minutes or so from me and some of the other guys aren't more than a few hours away, you included. Next time I head up that way I'll let you know and maybe we can meet up for a few hours

That's top secret lol.

Turned 31 in December. And Mike 31 is not old. 55 is not old. You're old when you decide you are or you know when the government says you are lol.

There's 77 members. Safe to say there's some that are older.

Thanks dude, no date is set yet. I proposed to her up at Lake Tahoe in November, rented a lodge during a 3 day weekend. We've been together just over 3 years now so getting this house is priority #1, then we'll set a wedding date.

Yeah dude I live just outside Sacramento. The place I'm trying to buy is in Folsom. I'm considering going to Hangtown this year but it's always so nice just watching on TV in the A/C with all my own drinks, food, and toilet lol. The track is only about 10 minutes from here. Maybe next year for SX we could all go to Oakland or I really wish they would go back to San Francisco. That was awesome.

Hopefully you make up some good tracks. Iam working on one but iam not very good at it so its taking me forever. I bet yours will be much better. I remember mcm a little but i never had a computer so it was only a few times at a friends house.
Yeah dude it definitely is one hell of a process. The ironic thing is that my day job I'm a Real Estate Loan Processor (I process loans for people buying or refinancing homes) so I do this all day every day for other people but now that I'm the one buying a home it's nerve rattling lol.

I haven't gotten into the track editor much but the key is all about proper design. I won 3rd place in a big track builders contest for MCM2 back in the day, it was an outdoor SX called "Fueled by Adrenaline". Maybe for a first track I'll just replicate that one. I ran so many damn laps testing it I could rebuild it blind lol.

That's awesome man! I have a buddy that grew up in Folsom, he's a little younger than me, CJ Crandal. I really like it up there and enjoy being there on the rare occasion that I'm able to make it up that way.

I'm looking into taking my wife to Hangtown this year. She's only been to Glen Helen for a national. I'd be down for an vital SX or MX trip. It would be a lot of fun!

Haha you're not alone. I have one good race for every 2-4 bad races. Unless we are racing Glendale, that seems to be my best track so far.

Did you have a mic on last night?

It's interesting to read about you guys discussing your families and kids, etc. I remember when I was racing MCM2 it was right after my accident and I was a teenager, I would just play for hours and hours every day. Between racing online and creating tracks, it was like an obsession. I was home schooled while racing MX and decided to stay the course after my accident (busy with physical therapy and surgeries, etc).

Now I'm 29 yrs old, engaged, and right in the middle of buying my first home. I can still get an hour or 2 of playing in after work each day or on weekends. No kids in my life, at least not yet. I think when the house deal is all finished and we're settled in I'll work on designing a killer track. It used to take like 4-6 weeks with MCM2 from start to finish but the process was MUCH more tedious than the editor with MES.

I think it's kind of cool to know a little about the people you're racing online, all of you guys here. I might be able to get a few races in tomorrow night before the Atlanta race goes on air. My fiance is a paramedic so it's rare that she gets a weekend off like this so I don't expect to be playing much.

I've definitely got you beat at 33. My dad always said "you're only as old as you feel". Since he's the one that got me into MX/SX to begin with, he was obviously a pretty wise man, right? Haha.

I've made a couple tracks but only one of them do I feel is close to a finished product. I would love to get a couple people to try em out and give some feedback. I try to make them realistic with different options in rhythm sections and both "high whoops" and the smallest jump as "large whoops".

Unfortunately I haven't ridden in about 7 years. I used to drive up to Perris, CA where my dad lived and go riding with him every other weekend. About 7 years ago he suffered a double brain aneurysm and lost function of his left side. He eventually passed away and I just haven't been on a bike since. Just been raising my little ones and playing adult rec league football down in San Diego. I have aspirations of getting another bike in the near future and getting back on the horse again. Until then I just live through everyone's stories and rebuilds on this message board.

For all you older buggers (like me, I'm 34) how much does it burn your ass that there is no split screen racing. My brother and I are a year apart and we are very, very, very competitive. When he comes to visit, we play any competitive game that we can. He's a baller at NHL 18 and UFC, so I lose more often than I win, but I would destroy his soul and inherit his wife if we ever played this game. He won't buy it, but he'd have to race if it were split screen. It's just a rule. If you're challenged, you have to have a go.

I feel like I've been robbed.

I totally understand. I try to spend as much time with the kids also. It will all come back once you get a bike again. I took 5 years off before and it came back quick.

Unfortunately no. Mx vs atv all out will though. Your only other option would be to by another copy and put another tv in the room if you really want to steal his wife that bad lol.

My game usually gets an error code when I try to go look at the leaderboards. Just a few days ago it did it 3 times in a row so I just gave up on it for the moment.

As for racing tonight I might go on but it'll be really late and probably just for a couple hours or so. Tomorrow I'll more than likely be on and off during the day up until the broadcast starts and after that it'll probably just be on Sunday.
