My brother bought MXGP when it came out and lent it to me for a bit so I played it. I enjoyed playing it in the 1st person view but it left a lot to be desired in my opinion. After that I just didn't bother purchasing MXGP 2 or 3 for some reason. I honestly don't even know why I didn't buy them. I know I was playing a lot of Battlefield 4 and after that I didn't even start my console for half a year maybe more.

I know their games improved with each one they've released because I've seen the videos and people have said so. At this point I don't think I'll be buying MXGP 3. I'll simply wait for the SX game and MXGP 4.

Fair enough,

I had not looked at my console for close to a year, well apart from stealing the controler off my 6yo son every now and then for a quick race on MX V ATV.

If it was not for the new SX game coming out probably would not have changed, I would not have bought a PS4 and MXGP3. Mainly got MXGP3 to fill in some time until new game drops

Figured out why Tomac isn’t in the game, because he hardly finishes the races anyhow.. Sad super bummed to read that he’s not in the game. I would have loved to pretend he was as good as I hoped.

Get the game on a PC. I'm counting on that there will be mods for it just like in all the previous MXGP games.

So Tomac will be in the game when one of the modders gets their hands on the game.

MXGP 2 came out in April of 2016. MXGP 3 came out in May of 2017. I wonder what our odds are of a possible release of MXGP 4 in April or May? That would be amazing for them to pump out 2 games in one year.

So... Peelout is going to take his shirt off. I woke up at 5:30 est this morning, got on FB and saw a sponsored video of MES the game and it was a 2 minute long video about the track editor. Watched about a minute of it, but had to go out and shovel snow. Now, I cant find it.. Did anyone else see this? When will it get put back up?

I believe it showed 8 different stadiums, 45 (approx.) different pieces you can use.. It showed that you can cross the track over the start straight as much as you want. Actually in the video it showed it crossing the straight a ridiculous amount of times in super peculiar ways. From what I saw, the possibilities are practically endless with it. Track editor is definitely not going to be a flop..

Should be ok as long as you don't drag Valentine's Day out. My plan is to get a bite to eat, then lay the wood early in the evening, like 8pm. I figure we should be done at like 8:03pm at the latest, and she'll be asleep by 8:05pm, leaving plenty of time to play MES. Laughing

Yes. Over under was included. Actually, they way it looked like (and keep in mind I just woke up) but it looked like when you make the track cross over itself that the over under automatically is placed (except for crossing the start straight)... not sure if that was the case though. Didn't have the volume on as my wife was still sleeping.

But you can make some ridiculous set ups that honestly don't even make sense. Some of the ones made looked pretty stupid actually. like crossing through the start straight 3 times at random angles and stuff like that...

I believe they said there are like 48,000 possible outcomes for complete track layout.

You can create tracks, share them, download them, vote for the best one which gives the creator in-game rewards.

Plenty of hours will be wasted on that alone lol.

Pumped on that track editor. Not much info yet on if we'll be able to modify the scale of the obstacles or not but nonetheles it's something we haven't had in ages.

Edit: For the PS4 guys we can each create a track and have a Vital MX Championship. Thinking of doing one with the in-game tracks but riding on one of each others creations will be even more fun and challenging.

It’s really bugs me that they don’t make these games two-player.

If I you want to sign up and pay monthly for our online mode and race against your friends that way sure no problem.

But split screen? Nope sorry can’t help you...

Looks really good.. I wonder if they will do module packs for download with more obstacles. Going to be fun to get the imagination going again. I remember sitting in school drawing 3D-ish tracks for days... Lol
