Watch the tape man! He was not involved in the pile up and completey cut off the first corner and passed most of the field, he was near last on the start until that.

I just watched my Tivo of the race and Jlaw DID cut the track, went out thru the tough blocks and even under all the photographers. MAJOR course cut in light of the pile up.

Dude Im not hating on Jlaw, but he cut the course bigtime and it gave him a HUGE advantage. He didnt even go thru the huge pile up on the course, he simply exitted the track and cut off the entire mess.

I respect his great ride, but he wouldnt have had that huge gap if he wouldve played by the rules.

I dont care if it was James cutting there, you cant do that. That isnt even questionable, he gained numerous positions by cutting the track, and he was not involved in anything that forced him off the track. Are you guys blind?

What does that have to do with him cutting the track? You know, he could avoid any and almost all hating by not fucking up. And this isn't just because it's him, if it was Reed who cut the track people would also be wondering.

If the AMA actually DQ'd the kid then post the story. If this post is just speculation that he should be DQ'd then my point stands

Yep Ferry was looking to follow then cut in closer to the corner then got stuck so mute point on him.
What happens when you are penalized for a stupid infraction like that AGAIN while under probation? Nobody is questioning Jlaw's speed just his judgement.

I just watched it again, and Ferry followed Jlaw out thru the tough blocks, but re-entered the track over in the corner, whereas Jason hung a left and was ADIOS. Nothing but clear track for him. Hell with all the chaos in the corner nobody even noticed him doing it.

I doubt anyting will happen, but I still think it was a cheat.
