I have the factory Mikuni carb. It's a 13200-36f00 part number (carb).
The throttle piston valve slide in the carb is chipped pretty bad, I just bought the bike and I t was this way. High idle issues etc.

To buy a a new piston valve only is about $115.00 new.
Can't find one used.

My other option is to find a compatible carb that will fit right in and work just as good.
I posted this on Facebook and one guy said he thinks the 97-04+- yz125 carb mukini would be a direct fit?

My carb has the flat top that's a weird shape. I seen on ebay this guy had a 02 rm125 carb with throttle assembly BUT it has the circle screw on type top instead of flat but also has a lever type choke assembly.

What are my option as far as a used carb swap or if anyone has the carb slide I need??

I'm not looking to spend money on upgrading the carb cause once this is fixed I'm selling it.

Pics of my carb, then pics of the one of ebay.

The ebay carb is not a 2 stroke carb. It is a small bore 4 stroke carb. Most likely for a DRZ125 since it is under a Suzuki listing.

Based off of the picture listed, that is for sure, not for your bike.

Honda sells the slide you are looking for, for 1/2 the price of the Suzuki part#. I'm pretty sure both slides have/are a #4 cut away. Check your slide before ordering. The slide cut away # is listed right at the top of the slide where it curves out.

Mine says 5.75. How would I know what the cut away is on the Honda one?

I get what you meant now. #4 as in the size cut. So mine being 5.75 it won't fit.

The slide that I listed above is for a 38mm TMX and will drop right in, but with it being a 4.0, it is quite a bit richer than 5.75 slide of the Suzuki. The #4 slide is too rich to be used in the Suzuki.

BTW, If you do call Suduco, The carb that you have on your bike is a Mikuni TMX-x. It is NOT a std Mikuni TMX carb.

Does anyone know what other carbs I can use that would be a direct fit besides the one I have. I have searched ebay everyday and cannot find my carb. I need something before I spend $125+ on a brand new throttle valve slide

Yz125 after 20002 should fit. You might need to change the jetting.

But you might save a lot of jetting and setup headaches by buying a new slide or looking for a 2001 thru 2004 rm125 carb.

2005 and newer won't work since it has a power jet and separate electric wire
