BEWARE INTERNATIONAL VIEWERS : Please be aware of the supercrosslive feed. It´s a scam. You can´t even see the races even at the lowest quality 270p. It freezes up every 20 seconds and you constantly have to be refreshing the page. Tried different browsers, computers, qualities, etc and can´t get 20 seconds of fluid video. Cleeng, the company providing the feed service refuses to return the money with the excuse that it works OK at their end. I have sent lots of emails after Rd 1 to them and always the same stupid answers...refresh the page...it works for us... Please remember SUPERCROSSLIVE is a SCAM !!!. Don´t buy it by anymeans.

I had to go back through Paypal to get my money back. Although they cancelled my season ticket immediately, they kept asking what the issue was and even when I told them repeatedly, still wouldn't refund me. Even their support section wouldn't work for me.

Is a freaking joke! I have paid for the liveshow but its unwatchable because of the lag.

You cant even watch it afterwards. I also had to watch the race on youtube. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS CRAP!

If you paid with your credit card it should be covered through purchase protection. All cards may not have this feature, but it is fairly common.

Yep. Money down the drain, stream was unwatchable for the second week running. When it has worked it's like watching minecraft supercross.

same probleme as full race, laggy in HD and "working" in 270p

Someone made millions from last nights commercials, you'd think they would spend for the best stream money can buy, but if it's like everything else FELD does you can expect the worst service for the most money.

Man , hearing this really sucks. I worked most the day and my buddy told me that the live stream was probably the worst it has ever been. And he was talking about all the practice and qualifying...not the race , since we get it on TV here. But to hear that they completely screwed over everyone outside the states for the race too? I feel for you guys , and that's complete bullshit.

Not sure how they are actually doing it , but what they need to do is take some lesson's from how the GP's broadcast all their races. They look pretty damn good and work almost every time. They have a few little issues every once ina while , but they were always really quick to get it fixed. It didn't take them all damn day.....and still not get it right!

I complained and Cleeng acknowledged that there was a problem and that the publisher is aware of it. They said it was part of a learning curve and they are working on it.

While it is not cool, I did expect there to be problems and I'm hoping that it's fixed in the next 2 weeks then continuously good after that.

But there are other problems to. For replays, the races are uploaded to YouTube faster than they are on the paid site. The replay is an exact video of the live show, so u have to sit through the 3 minute commercial breaks or skip through it by guessing when the next race will start.

We need segments uploaded for each race so they are easy to find, not all the fill in garbage. They even have twitter feed beneath the replay screen so it's easy to find out the winner by accident before you watch the race.

Overall it is really poorly done and I expected more. It looks like they went for the easiest cheapest option and it is biting them on the ass.

I've send a request of refund. I do have footage of the glitching lagging on my phone in case they don't refund . I payed a full season 121€

I'm going to start trying to get my $94 back from whoever took it in this scam. Totally pissed me off yesterday! If I get my money back i'm going to donate some of it to CBM and spend the rest on some beer for myself...

The really sad thing is that this isn't the first version. They had Supercross Live last year, too, and it worked great...best of all, it was free.

The gronk that contacted me said he was in Queensland and he could watch it perfectly well on his phone. I don't want to watch it on a phone and that's why I paid the fucking money!. Why is someone from cleeng support in Queensland anyway? I highly doubt it

Has anyone asked for refund of the two races that didn'T work? The first 2 rounds worked perfectly for me.
I don't want a refund for the whole season pass and get my access deactivated but I do want refund for the 2 rounds that I have paid for and not been able to watch (well at least not been able to read rider's numbers because it only works on 240p)
