Looks like a bike someone put a lot of money into for sure. Pc works suspension is like $7000 today. I doubt its a works bike just because all of that is available to the public. And usually teams remove the works suspension when they sell the bikes to keep their secrets a secret.

Doubt that Pro Circuit would put the fork stickers on upside-down.

Pro Circuit works kits are not the same as "works" suspension from the factory teams. Those look like stock forks to me. What do the caps on the top of the forks look like? There are a handful of people on this site that can tell you all about it along with what to look for on that bike to give you an idea of where it may have come from.

I don't think that was a PC bike.

Those are all parts you could buy the pc works kyb kits where not that much ran like $200 the dog bone links where like $99 those are just older pro circuit stickers anyone could have bought back then. Sorry that's a stock carb too not a works bike just some pro circuit parts and stickers anyone could have gotten.

I believe all of the Pro Circuit Kawasakis had neon green frames.

Older bikes look better with a natural finish frame imo. The bare essentials. Im sure this thing is gonna turn out awesome either way.

You could send your forks and shock to PC to have works kit installed back in the day. Probably still offer it today. It's just add in parts. The shock looks to have the extended bladder cap. Also the revalve the shock for the longer dog bones you have on the bike. That more than likely is not a PC bike. Those stickers were just the really old style ones. Kinda likely he new ones we have. They did sell those stickers to the public. I have a set or 2 laying around as well. Go on eBay type in pro circuit forks. You will see the stickers all over the place.

Everything asked so far in this thread has been a simple google search away.

They sell entire sheets of these stickers on their website dude. IDK who you talked to on the phone that said they didn't.

This was in reference to the triple clamp stickers. Also very similar to the shock sticker.

Back in 2001 I sent my YZ250 suspension to Pro Circuit and they installed their "KYB Works Kit" in my forks.
They came back with the same stickers that you have on your bike.
It was an aluminum part that was hard anodized that was about three inches long from what I recall on their old web site.
They also re valved my shock and it had the same sticker on it that your bike does.
I had connections in the day and received their "A Ride" discount and it still cost me $700.
Worked great though.
There was a guy here on Vital, I believe his screen name was DJFMX that had some of the stickers.
I am sure that if you search around on here you can find him. It was about two years ago when I saw the photos that he posted and he said that the sticker weren't for sale.
Your bike to me looks like a bike that someone put some good money in to have a competitive bike.
It should be a fun build!
I hope that this info helps!
