Sure did not look like Dungey was wearing a neck brace last night at the SMX. You would think after nearing being paralyzed, he would start wearing one. He should remember alot of kids look up to him. Doesn't send a good role model message about safety.

He used to. Then he had one malifunction on him and he took it off mid race.

Now he doesn't.

Also I believe Villopoto is/was a part owner of Atlas neck braces.

Believe it or not, not everyone thinks these devices work as advertised and may even cause or exacerbate injuries. It's not like RD hasn't been offered money to wear one.

Because no one proved that neckbrace works at all. I think that's what he said. Neckbrace is like religion, you can belive in it or not. I saw people break their neck wearing one and I saw people break their neck without wearing one. Actually the the only heavy protective gear that you can be 100% sure about is helmet and boots. Some people think that neckbrace can make things even worse.
