She's got some decent corner speed and looks pretty aggressive. It'd be cool to see her mix it up with the WMA ladies. She's cute too. Grinning

hard to tell without lap times, i can make videos that make me look pro its all about angles and the section of the track, but she looks like she hauls no doubt

She's seriously fast believe me! I've seen her ride a few times now and she's def one to look out for. She plans to win the World Champs next year and shes only just turned 16!

The best male National rider in Norway recently retired. He didn't have enough money to pursue his racing career. I really hope he'll be back!

That girl is fast, on a great bike as well, hehe.

I agree that the girls here in the states are fast, but we can't count out other girls around the world. Ashley Fioleks deal with Red Bull Honda was sweet, but I don't believe she's the first factory girl.
Sayaka Kaneshiro is 16 and from Japan and has been with Factory Suzuki of Japan for a couple years. She's fast and a master mud racer. She has made her way to the states. Ya never know what she will become in 2 years.

Just for an FYI.
On her entry she put date of birth as November 20th 1991 so that makes her 17..

She raced the WMA Cup in Texas in 2005 where she won the girls super mini but in the college girl class she got 3rd to Jaqueline Strong and Tatum Sik.

She hasn't been back since.

I remember her. She was fast then and she appears to be fast now. Its nice to see that there are more and more fast girls coming up every year.



I can't go into any details but I am almost positive we will see more of the Euro girls here racing against our best this summer.
Maybe she will be one of them that come over.

It seems to me like there was a bit of a gap from the top three this year Livia/Steffi/Kathrine to the other girls like Ashley, Larissa, Elin, Maria etc. and then an even bigger gap from that group to those behind. Ive a feeling Ashley will be faster in 09 and Natalie will be up there too. that'll make 5 of them out front providing Kathrines broken back repairs in time. I think with the extra profile the series is providing with live TV, womens racing is going to see some pretty rapid improvements in the next few years. Just three of the girls have direct backing from the manufacturers (4 now with Ashley) hopefully thatll change over the next year.

#44 Natalie Kane Banbridge County Down, Northern Ireland My name is Natalie Kane. I live in Ireland. I am 14 years old(article is 3 years old shes now 17). I have been riding dirt bikes since I was six years old and have been competing in motocross for approximately eight years. I also participate in a little bit of football. I train by spinning, body pump, going to the gym for rowing, running and E-bike. I'm going to do weights there also. My favorite track is Ballykelly Motocross Track in Northern Ireland. My favorite American track is Cycle Ranch in Floresville, TX. My most memorable motocross moment has been the boy's British Championship at Dersertmartin, Northern Ireland. I finished fourth out of 52 other riders (boys). I love the lifestyle of being a motocross rider, travelling from track to track and I love riding my dirt bike. My worst motocross moment was when I was in fourth place at the boy's British Champiohsip in Polesworth, England and my chain came off and I had to DNF. There are many differences between racing in the United States and Ireland. The track are a bit more demanding, the heat is much than at home. I can do girls classes in the United States. At home, there is usually only 3 of us girls so I ride in the boy's classes. I have more than one class in the United States to compete in. At home, I can only ride my B/W 85cc because if I ride anything bigger, I can't move back down to the 85cc. I want to get to Loretta Lynn's this year and when I am older, I want to be a pro rider.
