Coop is great! Nothing to be ashamed of at all! Realistically - team USA were overachievers this year (same for team Canada). Hold your head hight boys!

Webb is one of those unique riders like Villopoto was, he got that win mentality and when there is a battle you can always be sure he will be the one on top! My favourite rider to watch racing. He's one of the best riders in the world and made one small mistake, how can anyone blame it on him. The blame is on the bad luck for what happened with Anderson and on France for riding so well.

Unless Everts was there then Rv would of went 2-2.
Then if RC joined in he would of went 3-3
Unsure

when someone loses despite giving their all there are a lot (unfortunately) of people who want to bring them down....sad but true. Keyboard warriors these days think they are kings of the world and know (or can do) everything much better than others.

The race was all on him. It was his to lose. In the end, he lost. you can't argue that.

What I don't understand, is why he would get any hate for it. That is dumbfounding to me. You lose some ya win some. If you want to bag on Webb for his performance, you have completely lost touch.

He is an amazing talent. He will make his mark on this sport. I have no doubt about that.

Webb might blame himself but I doubt there is a fan out there that feels the same way. One thing is for sure, they certainly couldn't have won without him.

This I agree with. I for one am glad he apologized for losing. He was there for a reason and we all wanted him to win. He didn't come through and he apologized for not getting the job done and letting us down. "Thank you Cooper for the apology but now its time to move on." Should it affect the rest of his life? Hell no, he is a great rider. If anything, I'm sure this is driving him at the test track and if he goes out and whoops Ken Roczen at A1, this will be a distant memory.

A lot of pressure on him in the 3rd race. Fans can be a fickle bunch unfortunately.
He'll be a better rider for it
Damn those Dunlop tires...should have been running Pirelli..lol

Even the best crash sometimes. Its motocross.

They all gave it all they had. Just wasn't anyone's day, except for JAs for a few seconds.

The only stronger team would be swapping Martin for Tomac with Webb on a 250.Dungey is no match for Tomac or Anderson in Europe IMO.
I want to see Tomac on the 250! Woohoo Woohoo

That position is the most important since it gets scored straight up. It's the most important spot on the team, and we should have our "Captain" ride it. All we have to do is get the teams and riders on board.

Get him over early and give him a few weeks to ride it. We've got that now that the season is stretched out for them.
