The British for years had fleets for XRs (mainly 250 but also 400 depending on role).

UKSF use KTM nowadays, I believe, and there is a big cohort of Enduro riders in the green Army (mainly from the Mechanical Engineers) who are sponsored Yamaha and/or KTM and ride for fun/semi competitively.

A quad and trailer is what you will find with most company groups on operations; a Yamaha 350 with a trailer, usually loaded way beyond its capacity with water and ammunition, and never failing. They were invaluable and easy to take on and off a helicopter.

We were also given these things out in Afghanistan. Look great, but they were absolute sh*t.

Christini has been making them for a long time now. I saw them back in the early 2000's at the Red Bull Last Man Standing race.

Unless things have changed, sadly Christini uses chinese honda clones to build their bikes. And now the gov is buying in bulk

Those don't look like clones to me. I do find it weird they're using the Honda though, a Yamaha X model, or KTM XC model seems more fitting. And I feel a 250 or 300 2 stroke would be better IMO

Christini put a couple in my buddy's shop to sell a few years ago after they started producing bikes and not just adding the system to bikes. They were using Chinese clones then. You couldnt tell unless you inspected closely or tried to replace certain parts with oem honda. Memory is a lil foggy but they may have even paid for the copyright to honda. things could be different now.
