Hopefully he feels more dialed in next year. Ken this year reminds me of how Tomac was at the start of last year. Just a beast and can make the bike do what he wants when he wants it without any fear of the bike not doing exactly what you want or think it will do. At Millville, Ken was so dialed in on that bike second moto. It was an absolute thing of beauty when man and machine come together like that and just annihilate the field.
I think he will work his way back up to being a threat everytime he lines up. If Tomac finds his pinnacle speed again, it will be interesting to see how he manages it.
Additionally, Tomac has been in the 450 class since '14 and has had big changes before each one. '14, rookie year, new class, different bike, etc. '15 showed that he progressed but had the huge injury setback. Finally, he entered the '16 season after lot of time off the bike, dealing with the injury recovery, and a whole new team and a new bike. Not to mention any mental issues that can sometimes come after big injuries. To me, its actually remarkable where he is now.
They've bot got a regional title against each other. About have a national title against each other.
Are you counting Kenny's 14 title? Eli didn't start that 450 season till Millville right?
