Who is racing for sure, and what class?

Are we going to see Webb vs. Herlings in Webb's home state? North Carolina WOOO?

Don't let that guy beat you in NC, Coop.

Herlings posted this on Instagram about an hour ago, not sure what it means, but it doesn't look so good. Hopefully it's not another serious injury and we will be able to see him race the USGP's and MXdN

I wouldn't bet against Herlings. Well against Webb neither. In other words I have no clue who wins that thing. Great!

I'm guessing Webb would be riding 450.

I think Webb will go to the 450 asap. He proved this last US off season that he doesn't take the easy road he chases the challenge of the premiere class.

I would contend that the "challenge" for this race, and for GPs in general, is Herlings in the 250s.

Probably depending on what spot he gets for the mxdn team.
If he races in italy on a 450, I'm guessing he will do the same at the USGPs

Hold off on buying tickets, they keep changing the venue. Not just talking about the original switch to the dirt track about two months ago.

Or buy em, if you like living dangerously.

Most of the dirt will already be hauled in for the TORC race just before MXGP comes to town. I don't see them moving it from the dirt track. It didn't make a damn bit of sense to do it on the drag strip to begin with.

All the Monster athletes will be there against their will (Tomac, etc) same with the JGR guys... The rest; I expect a lot of midwest/east coast based second tier talent guys. Anyone doing MXdN, both US GPs and Monster Cup will be stretched thin (Eli?)

Nah... the strip has more and better seating and lighting. It's hosted a ton of supercross.

SX races were in the infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway NASCAR track, like how Daytona is. ZMax 4-lane speedway was built in the last 10 years, next to the dirt track which is across from the speedway

eli usually does 2 overseas off season races (bercy sx and genova), mxon and mec. racing both us rounds may be even easier on him than going to europe

Every Monster rider is required to ride both.

Remember whether asked or required if there is a health issue they will not race. And other reasons could arise. I understand it's a long season but if I was good enough no European would be winning in America. This is my home. Don't expect to se any if even a few top Americans. Maybe we need to raise a purse for the top 3 Americans in each class so they can eat afterword.
