1. Sounds like they tried fixing the air controls. It's improved, but not perfect?
2. Sounds like the sand tracks still suck. (or at least, when we say "suck" we mean, not on par with the rest of the game, such as the graphics which are VERY good in this series).
3. Sound is still horrible (by any standard).
4. I cant tell if the cornering is better or worse than before. IMO, they got the physics so good on MXGP1. There was a art to nailing a corner properly. This was the one area that didnt need fixing. Maybe they made it even better. But if they made it EASIER then it's a step backwards for the series.
5. AI sounds like it still isnt hard enough.
6. They added a clutch?
7. Still no deformation of the tracks. Bummer. This was Reflex's best feature. Lame that someone still hasnt brought it back. Ruts need to be a part of a game.
8. No way to control the nose of the bike in the air still? That blows. This was one of the biggest pet peeves I had of MXGP1
9. Did they address the track cutting issue during online play?
10. Customization looks WORLDS better. But it's not the most important thing. I wish they would focus on the physics.
11. Did they fix the starts? Is it random gate drop or still a stupid countdown?
Im waiting until it's available for download on the PS4 online store. Then I will gladly be buying this game. I hope it becomes available. I hate having to buy discs.
I started a second season with a factory ride on 250's and I'm wishing I would have just gone to a 450.
Pros:
Customisation, you can customise your rider the way you want it.
Career championship, you can choose to either run full weekends or just the race. Running full weekends makes it realistic and fun.
Bike setup, you can setup your bike for different kinds of tracks such as suspension and gearing.
Ground movement, riding corners feels really realistic and feels like your bike is going through ruts etc.
Tracks, the tracks look beautiful and are close to real life.
The whole championship thing is fun to ride for a factory team etc.
Cons:
Sounds, I just hate the fact that the sounds keep on going even if you're braking.
I wish there would be 40 riders at the gate instead of 22 to make it more difficult to get up front after a bad start.
AI, the AI all take the same lines as eachother and all ride that same line the entire race. It's easy to rail an outside or inside and pass 6 AI riders at once.
Air movement, i miss the feeling to bring down the nose of your bike in air. Also theres not really a way to seat bounce as far as I can tell.

Keep in mind that games downloaded digitally on PS4 can only be played by other users on the PS4 set as the "Primary PS4" for the game owner's account. In other words, if you create a UK PSN account on your PS4 and buy the game and then later get a secondary PS4 (for your bedroom, game room, etc.) the only user that can play that game on the secondary PS4 is the UK account that owns it. This is one reason why I prefer to buy games on Bluray vs digital.
