Hi kids!

I don't know how many here watch RX Films ( I know a bunch!) but thought you might want to catch the Part 1 of JGR's shop tour with Coy and Jim Holley. Not many people have been in "as deep" as Holley and our crew at the JGR Cup shop.

The one thing they had that I have always wanted is a shock dyno. They showed it at the very end. Imagine seeing a chart of your shock action while testing and being able to adjust from a visual graph against where you want your damping changes made....!!!!!

Now THAT's wood.

Wow is right. 400 employees? Running 20 hrs/day?

I had no idea it would take that much to run a program like that. Do they build parts/frames or anything for other teams?

I guess they probably have some type of retail outfit selling parts? Kind of like PC does?

I doubt everyone is working 20 hours a day. They were in the area of the shop where the CNC cutting tables were when Coy said that. The machines can only cut so much so fast and the demand is probably higher than 10 hours of production per day. That waterjet table is bad ass!!

I doubt that they would be considered "works", as they make trick parts just like PC, Factory Connection, Enzo, ect.....

Maybe "works-like" would be a better description!

I toured Michael Waltrips www.raceworldusa.net a week ago when my cousin was in town. There is a LOT more to the race shop than what was shown in Vid 1

Nascar employees a lot of people here in Charlotte with most of the teams being here.
