Silicone is the new way to do it, saline is the old way now. Times have changed....again....
the 10 year lifespan is a myth as well. I just had conversation with plastic surgeon last night and he said there is always percentange of problems within 1 year, 3 years, and > 5 years, but it's low.

Go too big and it looks nasty to me (pam anderson style). medium, that's cool.
