Hello. This is a noise that comes from my 2014 rmz 450 after I shut it off after a moto. Tue bike doesn't have any running problems and starts up fine. Weird as hell. Anyone ever herd this noise before?? Rmz 450 possible problem: http://youtu.be/zq9w57_yldg

Just sounds like the exhaust creaking and popping as it cools down to me

At 6,000 rpm the engine fires 100 times a second.

The connecting rod bearing went on my 14 at 50 hrs. It would still start up and run fine but made a chattering noise similar to that. There was lots of metal shavings in the screen and filter. I would drain the oil and see what it looks like. I know of another one that went bad around the same hour mark.

Did it make the noise when the motor was off? BC that's what mine does

That actually depends on if you're counting working and non working strokes as a revolution based on the crank turning 360 degrees, or if you're counting revolutions as a complete cycle of the combustion process. I got into an argument with a guy when I told him that 250fs rev more than a 125. He disagreed and it turns out it's a complicated answer. The 250f crank turns more times than the 125 crank, but the 250f makes less revolutions. I showed him a dyno chart of a yz250f vs a yz125 with the yz250f making something like 800 more max rpms. But that was turns of the crank. I walked away both enlightened and slightly confused haha
