How would you remove this little booger?
If you cant tell clearly, its a needle bearing that sits in the left half of a KX125 crankcase that spins the clutch shaft.
I dont know what to hook it with . Im thinking carefully pick it apart and grind the outter race with a dremel. I cant see a factory mechanic replacing that bearing in Jeff Wards KX125 like that

Strap it down in a Bridgeport and walk an endmill into the side wall till it collapses
Or a dermal with a carbide bit till your almost through then hammer it toward the center till it collapses enough to get it out.... Brutal lol
If you run into the bearing surface of the casting a little "Who's going to know" the new bearing will still have plenty of seat.
When your dealing with 70's stuff already "Hacked" I have had to fit Stainless shim stock in and around the original hole !!!!
The freezer trick works with pressing bearings in too.
I put leader pins in the freezer at work before I
Pound them into molds and dies.
Or...keave the cage in the case if its not to pitted and just putvthe new needles etc. back in
Hack !

Drove 2 miles to Autozone and got the Blind Bearing puller. It was out in 20 seconds.
it came out so quickly i had time to play around with the slide hammer and give myself the biggest blood blister ever.
