I saw that, but I think the flagger was stoned and grabbed the wrong flag. There was no reason for any flag, let alone the red cross flag.

Was pretty obvious... then Ralph and Jeff commented on 377 having "problems" getting through the section. I guess paying attention to the safety rules = problems.
