Lets See Your Suspension Coatings!!

What kind of performance improvements have you guys noticed after having the coatings put on?

I can't say that I believe all the performance improvements are from the coatings, It has a lot to do with the whole set up all together and set up right. Like revalving, coating, springs, etc. Put it all together in one and it makes for a awesome set up

I had my suspension done in Japan by Technix. Due to the dollar being so strong compared to yen the price on the coatings was hard to pass up. Can I tell a difference? No.. Maybe if I just had the coatings done, but I had my suspension serviced and revalved at the same time. No where near an A-kit but man it feels nice.

Forks have Kashima uppers and DLC on the lowers. They offer the TiNi coatings but those have been said to flake off over time and the DLC is stronger. Shock also has the same coatings, but the the kashima coating on the shock body does not look as nice as the forks due to the different type of material it's made from. Looks alot better when clean haha

Here's mine.


The fork lugs are hard anodized in black, the inner tubes have gold Ti-nitrate coating and the upper tubes are anodized in silver.

Those forks look sick.

I cant work at pro action and at least not do something, next one is getting dlc and kashima

Kashima/ dlc Öhlins and a titanium spring from rcs.
