So the MotoClub depot has now been added to Encore on the PS4, I was wondering if anyone had downloaded any of the new tracks and if they were worth parting money with..? It seems pretty steep to me, £16 for 17 extra tracks plus £8 for the Stewie compound AND £16 for the KTM & Husqy packs! Pretty expensive really, when you could get a brand new game for 40 quid..

I bet the developers have been working around the clock to get that version ready and make sure their loyal fans can play on all platforms, I'm so glad they pay attention to what their buyers want. I'm sure it's coming any day now.

Is there any video game peeps in here? I have a feeling building a moto game or any game for that matter is not nearly as simple as some seem to think.

I would have bought it the second it hit the market if it would have been released along with the other platforms (probably still will, if it ever happens) but a simple release date or update of any kind would make a huge difference. MXGP2 looks sweet though!

Been there, done that. Not as easy as some portray for sure. Sometimes it is because of conscious decisions based on the business side of things, sometimes it is completely out of their hands based on how willing and able outside companies are to provide what is needed.

For example, a patch may be "ready" from the studio, but it can get held up by Microsoft and Sony, same with a release date. Sometimes you can't get all the dev hardware and tools you need from the makers of the game systems, etc.

Adding everything you may want can also be a matter of having to manage features and resources against a budget and timeframe. Sometimes you're forced to put in content the more moto guy doesn't care about instead of stuff they do care about because someone higher up thinks it'll make the product more money. Sometimes they are right. Sometimes they aren't of course.

Have to keep in mind with both support from Microsoft/Sony and the budget side of things, MX games aren't massive titles that are putting up record setting numbers, so it's always an uphill battle.

I'm glad to not be on the receiving end of the firing squad anymore when you know you've personally done all you can to make it the best you can and it still isn't what many want.

While I was able to enjoy the time spent working on the titles I did and I'm proud of the work I was able to do, I certainly don't regret leaving it behind one bit. I really don't forsee a true hardcore MX game ever hitting the mainstream market, and that is a huge let down.

I bought the extra straight rhythm pack and the 2 stroke pack. Like both so far but the 500's are brutal to control on 180 sx bowl turns when dumping the clutch the back end kicks out alot (pretty realistic actually). So my .02 cents is to buy em uf you can. They sound badass too

I like the game it has a pretty good feel to it now and I'm excited about the future dlc. Husky and ktm are my least favorite bikes but I still bought them. Very happy to see that the bikes are the 2015 models opposed to the older ones that were available for the ps3. Plus I like the new supercross tracks as well.
