Yeah because everyone loves The Rippa. Davalos has a weird nasaly voice and eyes are too close together. If you're gonna give a ride to a "leftover" it might as well be someone who's gonna get more fans over to the truck.

Proper accent and eye placement is very important for a factory ride.Laughing
Yeah, he also took out my buddy in practice at Loretta's in 2004. Shit's deep.

Did Jimmy get this ride as a fill in for RJ? I though he was going to ride for Cycle Trader.

Win the east. Has he ever even won a heat? I'd tone down the title talk for now...

My guess would be yes.

Yes, Jimmy is a replacement for RJ. RJ's head injury was pretty gnarly. In a DMXS interview he talked about having a seizure at the hospital that scared everyone and quite a bit of memory loss. With that and RJ having some smart and caring people around him advising him, his return to riding or racing date is indefinite. He was talking like maybe outdoors, but after listening to him it felt more like a 2017 return. He went on to say on DMXS that while GEICO had his back on the decision to take his time healing, they would be hiring someone to fill his spot in '16 SX.

Pretty sure he has some heat race wins, and podium finishes in the main.

His highest main event finish is 5th, which he's done 3 times, but all 3 were in separate years.

Shit man, that's tough to hear. RJ's crash was really brutal. I hope he can fully recover first and foremost, and get back to racing if and when he feels comfortable doing so.

Outdoors Matt kind of came on late in the season for some nice rides but in sx he didnt impress me much. Sure there was a good ride here or there but he often times crashed or faded before the 15 laps were done. I just dont think he has much upside potential in sx. Not enough speed.

Jimmy D has a flare for SX and the potential to put fast laps in. I think the new, harder working, more focused Jimmy D has the potential that Matt just doesnt in sx

The old Jimmy D? No, not so much.

Go look at his result compared to jimmy d, his done better in his first 2 years than jimmy has in 5 . He was 3rd at the east west shoot out. I ve nothing against jimmy , just think matt is far better rider.

Maybe, but I'm assuming the decision to drop Bisceglia was made well before they needed a fill in rider

jimmy has shown he has the speed to be towards the front a few times, i think the new attitude he has is going to show in his results, seems like hes really taking it serious now. goodluck ol boy
