Seven Double Deuce - Red Fly Boots

Edited Date/Time 10/16/2015 6:17pm
Similar to bigfoot, I've heard that red fly sector custom painted boots by the seven double deuce once existed. I've done some minor research, but all photo evidence appears to have been wiped from planet earth.

I don't wear a tinfoil hat or anything but man what a conspiracy! Was the confidence from wearing these boots making 722 too fast for Fly Racing's liking!? Perhaps he was getting a little too close to Canard's lap times and they shut it down? Did JT$ get a little jealous that the 722 was taking the attention away from his burberry wearing candy ass and set the boots on fire? Does JT$ have these locked up in the cage only to bring them out on Tuesday nights and walk around the house in them and likely an old, unwashed set of 722 gear? God only knows...

Anyone able to find evidence that these things existed? Any other theories about where these boots may be?

Post some pics!

They were posted on Insta or twitter by Max at Fly and I think re-posted by Pulpmx. They exist. Look pretty legit as well.

Simple answer is you don't have a sponsored athlete wear something that the public can't buy. That's marketing 101 bro.

Both excellent points.

However, Fly is attempting to break into an already well established field. Alpinestars has a well established foothold in this market and is able to do one off items with their marquee athletes. And I'm guessing Nike attached themselves to JS7 to market their casual wear.

Apples and oranges in my opinion.

Or maybe Fly is completely retarded and has no idea what they are doing? I honestly don't care. Just trying to help the OP put away his tin foil hat.

BRROOOOOOOOO!!!!

+1 on wanting to see these bad boys...

With all this buzz, Fly just might have a compelling reason to actually offer a red seven-deuce-deuce edition boot!

There was some talk on this topic during a Pulp MX show. 7 Deuce Deuce was on with JT$ and there was discussion about not running them, since he is a FLY athlete and they are not an offered color. Need to run what they sell, and I haven't seen any photos either

Your points are valid, i was just having a little fun.

I thought that Alpinestar jersey Barcia had at A1(?) a couple years ago with the shiny stars was awesome for a one-off. Would never buy one but it looked good on tv to pick him out of the pack, probably looked even better in person.

I'm more curious to know if the 722 fly boots melt on his head pipe and get caught on side bike like mine on my Honda haha

Those are the new TCX Comp Evo boot, they won't be offered as Fly boot for quite a while.
