You guys crack me up. To say that Bogle deserves better than MCR is just ignorance. Mike didn't just win one Moto three years ago on the MCR bike but he finished 6th in SX and 2nd in MX. He led over a 100 laps, 9 podiums and was the only threat to Dungey the whole summer. His bike was flawless in performance and it took Ryan not making any mistakes the whole series to capture the title. Nothing against the Dung cuz he's one of the best the sport has ever seen, but the lack of respect shown to Mike and the whole MCR team and effort is pure lack of knowing the real in and outs of pro Moto.

I also might add that MCR has been successfully competing in both the 250 and 450 class since 2009 and has got more podiums in both classes than any other non supported team in the paddock, while at the same time providing many riders, mechanics and mangers an above average income, while many other teams have closed their doors.

If there were more rock solid teams like MCR in the pits riders like Bogle would have life even that much better.

And no, I'm not Tony.
They're hard facts to argue against.

And clearly you're not Tony. Way too short of a rant and way too coherent. Laughing Tongue

i think it is less about deserving a certain spot at a team rather than if bogle thinks that he can fight for a championship in the futur. monster kawasaki and a new factory yamaha team will be a better pick over mcr for anybody who wants to compete for championships. nevermind the $$$

Nichols is back riding after tearing his ACL. And I guess either Crossland and him are in talks for '16, or they are at least giving him a bike to ride during the off season.

What's the latest on the Suzuki 250 effort?
Just got this in my news feed. Dirtcandy graphics had some Suzuki and Yoshimura support this season. Now shows up with 2x Suzuki RMZ250s.

Davalos in the 450 class....lemme predict the future for you.

Uhhh....nothing then injury and out till '17 if he rode 450's.

By no means do I wish him injury he just seems to have a standard MO over the last 7 years and it hasnbt changed...he DOES need to leave the 250's and open up a spot for an up and coming rookie

It's pretty obvious if you do some digging on Instagram, I don't want to say any names yet but it's a 250 rider!!!

I thought Phil picked up a ride in the GP's next year?

Star is a 250 team, so that's not really any valuable information. I am not sure what's the motivation behind you just teasing us. Makes no sense imo.

Hardass LMAO.

You may be in grad school, but when I read post like yours, that's what I think. If you know something post it, but throwing out crap like "I know something you don't know" makes you seem childish.

Impressive credentials, but you still sounds like an asshat boasting that you know something no one else does. If you got the info, spill it, otherwise, cut the BS.

BOOM!

Or that the perceived "Quality/Level of the Equipment" can make a difference to a rider to the point that...he'd take less money to be on the bike he "wants" to be on.

A Top-Tier rider might take a Bonus ONLY deal...especially if that's what it takes to get on the level of equipment he thinks he needs.

That's exactly the point I was trying to make with my comparison on picking between MCR and Kawi for less money. Guys have to look at the value of riding better equipment for any chance of finishing top 5 or getting on the box for some bonus money. If they work their ass off in the off season and come out swinging on good equipment for less money, the bottom line is they have the potential to make more by taking less guaranteed money. The kicker is, it all depends on how much you want to personally invest in yourself and your program to get those returns. If a guy wants to take a little more guaranteed money and ride around on some second tier equipment for a season or two, then go for it. usually the guys that ride for bonus are hungrier and have something to prove to themselves.
You assume Kawasaki offered him a low salary with some AMAZING bonus structure.... Sometimes the deal sucks on both ends.

I still don't know who the kid is in the rockstar hat, and "cocknocker" is literally the reason why the term "Vitard" exists.

You don't know Mitchell Harrison? Won 250A at Lorettas? You are the reason the term "Vitard" exists. If people are going to say shit about me living in a basement and call me out on things I have a reason to call someone a dipshit. Rather than calling me out, look at 2 posts above and you'll get your answer.

I didn't realize that I was assuming the bonus structure was AMAZING. The point I thought I was making was I'd rather ride factory equipment I was comfortable on for less money and have the potential to do better, get on the box, and get some bonus (as I said above)....thus, impressing others teams or my current team for future money / contracts including salary, bonus, gear, giggle, boot, energy drink, apparel money. Me personally, I'd rather ride factory Kawi for lower salary, and for that matter, lower bonus, invest in myself, prove what I can do, and then sign for more / future money than sign with a non factory team.

Yes, Harrison is going to Star. I'm not sure if it's for Supercross, or if he's turning pro after LL next year.

How about let's let the press release come out. But, he's not going back to LL.
