Stated there were 554 people on the train. How many per car and how accessible would they all be? Nutjob had a whole lot of ammo and no doubt intended to kill as many innocent people as he could. News articles saying the Marines heard him chambering a round in the AK and were ready when he exited the restroom.

Huge props to those Marines! Guess that's what those guys train for, confronting situations like that. According to the article, the suspect won't talk to the police. Just a thought: Turn him over to the Mossaud, in one half hour, that motherfucker will tell them what his mark in Grade 3 math was.

Wow, so much confusion. Those guys do not appear to be in critical condition so grateful for that. Found this bit of info on the guys in the pic on the AR15 site. Video of the goatfucker hog tied...fuck yeah!

"Early reports that U.S. Marines were involved proved unfounded; the U.S. Marine Corps at the Pentagon said that the service members on the train weren’t Marines

ETA actual video taken on the train https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=10153114907033494&fref=nf

"My bro who stopped the France Terror Attack today sent me these.
My brother and our friend, Oregon National Guard and Air Force respectively, were on some R and R in Europe. Terrorist came on their train with an AK, pistol, and knife. He fired off his first clip and then reloaded. Our friend tackled him and then my bro grabbed the AK and tried to shoot the terrorist. It jammed. Terrorist pulls pistol and is disarmed. Then pulls knife and stabs our friend, the poor white guy not in cuffs with the wounds on his neck/head. My bro took this video and sent it to me. He then took the AK buttstock and beat the terrorist in the head. Third friend can be heard also in background. They are looking for the pistol."

I have to admit, the vid was a bit of a disappointment. I was hoping to see that fucker take the AR15 to the head a few times. Still, nice work, gentlemen. Heroes, right there.

Where did you get the idea that marines were involved? Not trying to be a dick. I thought I heard the same thing on some cable news re runs early this morning. Did the story that you linked to change after you posted? This is something that I have noticed with internet news. The same link can be used but the content can be changed to get rid of errors. Early reports are notoriously wrong with situations like this.

Anyway, it doesn't take away from the bravery and heroics displayed by the men who jumped in to stop this POS.

All the stories I saw did initially say Marines, BUT they are both service men, don't see how it detracts from what they did or it being any less because they aren't Marines. Maybe I feel this way because I am ex Air Force. Smile It's the main BBC site and yes, all of them do it (update their stories). I guess they do it on TV as well, they just don't go back and edit the "original" newscast on TV. That would be sort of difficult without a time machine. Smile

When I posted this every news site was saying they were Marines.

Haji claims innocence. From the AR site

"Thwarted train gunman Ayoub El-Qahzzani was part of an Islamic terrorist cell which came within hours of carrying out a 'major' attack in Belgium before it was shut down in a deadly fire-fight with police, according to French media

El Qahzzani has denied being part of an terrorist organisation and claims he discovered the Kalashnikov automatic rifle 'under a bush' in a Brussels park, La Voix Du Nord reports.

It states: 'According to our sources Ayoub El Qahzzani, who was transferred overnight from Arras to Paris, has explained that he found the guns and took them into the train toilet to understand how they worked, not to carry out an atrocity.' "

One dumb goatfucker there. Funny shit listening to the guys talking about beating him unconscious with his own gun. But to hogtie the muslim was obviously a hate crime.Whistling Pork and all...

Damn its the guy who got the worst of it in the train attack too.

Didn't one of the guys in that trio also have a tie to the Oregon community college that was attacked?

Strange series of coincidences, is it not?
