Its really not about the shape of the ice cube, its the type of water used, ya know, if you are an ice cube snob. Never use tap for your cubes, just sayn..

Oh and never pour directly onto non rinsed cubes... Seriously, makes a big difference on everthing from pepsi to glenlivet....
