I believe he is. The Vets MXdN Facebook page shared a post a while back that said he was planning his trip to Farleigh again. I assume he'll be on a KX500, not sure who will be joining him from that side of the pond, guaranteed to be a great weekend though

No sign of moto concepts there, JYD on a Kawi.

He was in 11th first moto but must have crashed back. Good 2nd moto for him.

My reading comprehension must have taken the day off when I read that DMX info about Gopher Dunes. Woohoo

I read that Alessi was out and they also referred to John Down as a "sand specialist replacement" who was "taking his (Alessi's) spot on the line" Apparently I glossed over the part where they said the MCR team was missing Gopher Dunes but would be back at Walton.

I assumed he would be on a Suzuki also Tyler. I think he has ridden Suzuki, Husky and Kawasaki in his retirement years. The guy is a stud.

It's kinda funny because team Ktm went 1-1 on the day including ripping great starts over all the 250f's and then they protest the 2nd place finisher.

Maybe they heard a rumour on Vital that Kris Keefer aka big bore was working on the engines for his part time teammates.

Whatever the case, Benoit rode flawlessly and made zero mistakes and Jimmy D rode the wheels off his bike trying to stay close to a pass in moto2 but had to toss his goggles after eating so much roost. Great effort by him!!

Chaplin Motorsports, formerly Chaplin Kawasaki has been supporting John and Ryan for several years. Recently Chaplin has begun selling Hondas, as well, and Ryan has switched from Kawi to Honda beginning this year. Congratulations to John for an outstanding finish in moto 2.
