I find it interesting that Yamaha (and the others) were able to solve the unsolvable problem of how to make a 4 stroke competitive. Yet they show no interest in building an entirely realistic modern 2 stroke. I think that speaks volumes about the superiority of the smoker.

it's a ktm550 in a 2015 FE, notice the reversed countershaft sprocket/kickstarter. those things make CR500s feel like... not fast. 70 horse warp drive.
