Uh...did Jody just run out of time on this corner? Discarded barriers and fallen trees. When was the last time you saw a "prepped" track with weeds growing in it? Weird.

That turn gets NASTY. Leave it as is, it's fun to watch.

Looked kinda sketchy on the one lap with WP. I like it, but not sure what the big dogs think. Cool

They couldn't get a dozer up there...

I guess there's a couple places where the dozer said NO!

It was like that last year too. Kinda cool with the ledge half way up. But it ended up being really narrow and one lined by the motos

Yupper, It's fine. We don't need everything clean, folded and put into drawers for us do we?

Looks like the best part of the track.. We don't need perfectly groomed and shaped tracks.

I don't mind the rough track and leaving it "natural" but having it look like someone's back yard track is a little embarrassing for the sport.

Image if they left garbage cans on the streets of Monoco this weekend at the F1 race?

Looks like a trashy ass back yard with weeds and hoses and assorted other shit laying around......maybe Jody can get up there with his weed trimmer and rent a 5 yd dumpster to throw all the unnecessaries out. In Europe it would be all cleaned up with some pop ups for shade and some hot Swedish chicks to rub down any sore spectatorsGrinning

Haha exactly! Get out there with a damn garden rake if you have to. You can call it "real moto" and "old school", but really it kind of looks unprofessional. I think at the beginning of any race day the track should be fully manicured. After that, who cares, but those weeds gotta go!!

If I wanted a nice smooth track to race on, I'd be a road bike racer

So is the consensus that if the fencing, hoses and other assorted's were removed it would be ok?

...because if you people are bitching about weeds, rocks and a few rain ruts I have no hope for this sport.

Price check on Vagiclean, aisle five. I repeat: price check on Vagiclean, aisle five.

That's Vagiclean.

We've got a customer down here with a full-on fallopian fungus. He's baking a loaf of bread and I think it's sourdough.

So you wouldn't want to race on Unadilla in the early morning when the track is absolutely pristine?

it was press day, so I'm sure the track will be adjusted to some degree by Saturday and prepped proper. And if there are weeds in in Saturday, so what... it's motocross. By race time they will be gone with all the riders riding on it.

Also if you've ever raced at GH, they are always making new sections into the natural terrain hill area's being the National or REM track. Jody, GH and DC have put together a great race that will satisfy all. I can tell you this... it will be rough, rutted, fast, combined with steep up and down hills and pure moto. It will push the riders and bikes to the limit. The weather will be perfect, partly Sunny around 70

That was one of the more cool (and challenging) sections to shoot last year. It's pretty steep. Love what they do for the place for a big race; wish I was there.
