The funny thing is, i have a couple stacks of CD/DVD's over 2 feet tall, all the races since about 00 or 01, but there is something different about watching them on TV.

I am the same way with movies.

Tortelli at GH ,coming through the pack , 100 degree temp , deep sand and steep hills . I think he must have passed 200 riders today . I have always loved his riding style . I wish he would have skipped SX and did outdoors only .

Loved watching wey, tortelli, byrne & fonz on the smokers.
Anyone that counts reed out for the nats in 09 is mistaken.
The more time passes, the more I like how RC chose to go out.
MC SX marathon is MANDATORY.

It wouldn't have helped his health, if that is what you mean....I saw him crash BIG at places like Troy.

Vitaldrive feel good story of the day:
Last week my parents said they bought a new TV, and we could have their old one. This was good news since my TV took a shit about a year ago and we were using a 19" TV/VCR combo dealio.
Well, I go to get our "new" TV, and I get in the living room and there's the same ol' TV on my parents TV stand. I look at my Dad kinda puzzled and he says "I got tired of foolin' with that thing so it's your early Christmas present".
Needless to say, I was blown away! I got the new one hooked up during the Millville round, and watched MX all day on a 32" flatscreen instead if the old TV.
Thanks Mom and Dad!

the Marathon was awesome. i watched every single bit of it.

was really impressed with Reed's speed. the first moto at Troy was awsome.

also, like someone else mentioned...

How fast was tortelli on that 2stroke? He had to have the most passes all year.

I completely agree! It was cool watching some moto yesterday but since it was called the RC Marathon, I wish they had showed some of his 125 races from the 98-99 nationals.
