Built by Alex Martin's mechanic (Dave Wallace) while he rode for Eleven10 Mods. Bike was taken down to the frame and rebuilt with all new parts with the exception of the frame, swingarm, engine cases. Bike has maybe 10 hours on it since then.

Engine blueprinted, cases matched, Crankworks lightened/balanced crank, isotropic rem treated transmission, complete Hinson clutch with works Ti clutch springs, all hybrid ceramic bearings , all Ti hardware inside & out. Eric Gorr 265 top end, 13oz FWW, JD PWK38AS.

Pretty much everything you can buy is Titanium on this bike, with exception of the front axle and shock spring which wouldn't work with the Solva suspension. It's all top of the line hardware from Mettech, Race Tech, etc. Gold anodized aluminum fasteners were used where possible for further weight reduction.

Solva works fork and shock valved/sprung for 220lb B rider.

CRFstuff brake lines, axle spacers, chain adjuster blocks, banjo bolts.

New CRF OEM rotors, new kickstarter, brake pedal, powervalve servo and mechanism, cables, V-Force3, FMF Factory Fatty made for extra bottom end (FMF made it for pro arenacross team), Titanium2 silencer, ARC composite levers and clutch perch, Leovince carbon chain guide, yada yada yada. Every wearable part was replaced with the best of the best.

Stock hubs turned down/polished and laced to Takasago Excels, Motion Pro Liteloc's, Geomax MX51's in good shape. Renthal sprockets and Sunstar MXR1 chain in good shape.

Twin air filter base kit, all new OEM plastic including tank and airbox w UFO f. Fender/shrouds, Cycra stadium plate. Renthal McGrath bend 7/8" bars. Full Ti hardware kit including rear axle and swingarm pivot, anodized aluminum bolts used and drilled washers used wherever it's safe.
Ti footpegs and pins, billet exh flange, hammerhead shifter, all ceramic wheel and suspension bearings. boyesen clutch/ignition covers, Fasstco rear brake clevis/spring, Works Connection red anodized master cylinder caps, oil fill plug.

There is probably more that I am forgetting.

$6500.

Yes it was around 207lbs. It could drop a few more pounds very easily but I got busy with other things.

The MX51's aren't the best choice for weight savings. - Pirelli MXMS's (110/80-19 rear), drop 2 teeth on the rear sprocket (and 2 chain links), remove the FWW, Cycra Powerflow front fender and OEM shrouds, non-pleated seat cover, to name a few. I haven't checked to see what tubes were used but there could be some significant weight to save there too.

If I were lighter some lighter spring rates would save quite a bit of weight. Carbon clutch/ignition covers and rear shock splash guard. If a guy wanted to spend some dough a CRM carbon tank, Think seat foam and bar pad, custom Ti front axle for these forks and a Ti shock spring would get the bike pretty close to 200 lbs.

I bought this bike intending to do these things and try to get it to 200lbs but other things took priority. These forks are really trick but a set of air forks would knock off another 2lbs.

Bump. I don't have the heart to part it out.

I'll include spare 9oz and 11oz FWW's, FMF SST/Ti2, stock pipe/silencer, complete 250cc top end with tons of spare Head/base gaskets for both top ends, brand new Bridgestone M403 front and Dunlop MX71 rear, new pre-oiled air filters, new set of Renthal bars and handguards.

Damn that bike is sweet. You don't see a lot of Sölva stuff in the US.

Thanks! It's sure awful tempting to start robbing the Ti bits off of it for my TM's but so far I'm staying strong, lol. I don't want to strip it and part out the leftovers if I can help it.

Is it still available? And also, how is the power with the 265 kit? I'm coming off a 300sx and want a 2015 300sx but this bike has me interested.

Still available. I've only ridden the bike with a 13oz flywheel weight installed but the power is very broad for a CR. It still doesn't have the low end of a 97 KX250 but it's a lot stronger than stock down there. It pulls very hard through the mid and top, like a 250 on steroids. It's revs a lot faster than a 300 and feels a lot more lively. No big hit, but not as linear and 4-stroke like as a typical 300.

This thing is still sitting here collecting dust. I'm dreading the PITA of parting the thing out, so one last chance. $5k takes it complete.
