I don't know if I'm in the right place here but I have a 2014 crf 450 that I would like to swap for a very good KX500. Good 500s in the UK are very hard to find so I'm widening my search. My 450 has a Rekluse exp 3.0, yoshimura pipe, oversized radiators, asv levers, Talon rims and hubs, with only 25 hours on . Anyone interested in a swap ? I'm 45 and want a good 500 to do the evo class with. Many thanks and once again I apologise if I'm in the wrong place.

As you're in the UK, try these guys:

http://www.rjpmotorcycles.com/#!kawasaki/cgim

A lot of their stock comes from the US, hence why you've got an '89 KX500 with non-USD forks. I've no idea if they'll do a swap with your 450, but it's got to be worth asking. I've dealt with RJP previously, and based on the experience I can recommend them.

And as I'm sure you're aware to race the evo class you'll need an '89 or older. I know Kawasaki only made minor changes to the 500 from 1990, but that's the rule in the various championships. Super-evo is typically 1990 to 1999.

Use www.searchtempest.com. I have also seen quite a few of them on www.ksl.com... Be ready though they go quick. Mine sold within 10 minutes of posting had over 60 different texts and calls before the day was done.
