Now why doesn't Yamaha make that bike? The frame/chassis looks perfect for that engine and the combination is absolutely gorgeous!

Don't have many "before" pics but bike is a 2003 well used RM 125 K3 model. Drove 3 hours to pick it up last fall and started in on it. Forks were leaking everywhere, shock and linkage was in need of help. Chain was so stiff it would stay straight when removed! Front countershaft had wear from mis-aligned chain... the usual "trail rider" maintenance.

Big thanks to the guys at the Rockford Illinois RG3 service center (White Knuckle Motoersports) for rebuilding / recharging the rear shock along with a complete linkage rebuild. They also tore the forks apart and rebuilt them along with new seals and oil. Guys were fast, reasonable, and great to work with.

Still ahve to do the clutch as the current one is a bit sloppy, would like to rebuild carb but it currently is OK and jetted well for stock pipe with FMF shorty silencer. Great work from you guys on the bikes I have seen in this thread!

2009 CRF450R. Wish I had a better before picture, 4 years of being a practice bike and getting next to no maintenance, this bike was hashed. 6 month rebuild.

Thanks Crush. I built it to fund my 125 project, I almost didn't want to sell it!

Started with this, a torn apart 95 kx250.

Getting it put back together:

Back in one piece:

Hated it so I tore it back apart and did it agin. Not bad for a 95.
