Check out ATLbikelifes IG account or YouTube channel. They have been trying to be like the wheelie boyz for a while now. They ride in atlanta every weekend & cops can't really do much or won't do much.
Also, look at "2wheeled_Tony" IG account. The mx community is letting him have it under those videos!!! Lol!!!

If he tried to run and crashed they could at least get him for evading arrest. Usually they can avoid getting in trouble for the theft just by saying they bought it from someone though.
