Anyoone have any luck with a revalved HPSD CRF450 damper? I considering getting mine done (2008 CRF450), but not sure if there's any room for improvement?

barely .02$ worth. but i have one on my 500AF KX project. havent used it yet. but i picked mine up already revalved from Factory Connection. just from what ive read....so take this with a grain of salt. is that the stock valving is pretty tame and will need a revalve to actually feel much from the thing.

I had mine revalved from FC. Huge difference, now it actually works like Honda intended it to. Best $100 I spent, you'll be happy.

There is a do it your self on YouTube. Mostly just run thicker oil.

I get mine revalved by Pro Circuit. Big difference over stock. Does what it's intended to do without the annoying
off center stifness of the stocker. Money well spent, IMO.

Same as FC, $100. I'm guessing both companies make the same changes so that
must be the going rate. Living in CT, I would go with FC, they're closer.

Go to thumper talk, they have a whole thread with pictures on how to do it yourself. It only takes about a half an hour when i did my own.

there is a special tool from honda for measuring the depth of the piston, but the thumper talk thread gets by without it.
