All the other guys are probably just fed up with listening to Reed whine and complain about absolutely everything. Come to think of it, he'd fit in great around here. Reed and Tomac are 2 completely different personalities. Reed complains constantly when things don't go his way, has issues with everything that is moto, and honestly just loves to hear himself talk. Eli rarely complains, seems to love the sport, and is the silent down to earth type.

I wonder what Team Honda is thinking right now. If you add Trey's bonehead move with all of Tomac's you come up with a lot of lost championship points. Kind of a bummer when they are spending all that money only to watch it evaporate because of bad decision making on the racetrack.

lol Trey's move wasnt bonehead, he went for a line that Reed hadnt been using previously and unfortunately Reed decided to use it which he was fully entitled to do....tomac pass on Reed previous week was fine except he was unlucky to catch Reeds footpeg, and this week Tomac did a aggressive but legal pass....care to dispute any of that? Noting of course that Tomacs pass on Reed this week did not result in loss of points, he lost the front end later which had nothing to do with decision making

What retaliation? Tomac did an aggressive but basically run of the mill pass and you call that retaliation?

I agree 100%, I would have done the same. Apparently as long as you wait 1 corner or more the AMA will just consider it a "racing incident" on you are good to go.

Bradshaw vs Chicken, bring it on.

I agree with you on that but they would have a lot better shot at the title if everyone stayed on two wheels. A lot of those dumb moves could have been avoided IMO. I think it validates the need for having someone like RJ working with Baggett. He is getting better every week, staying out of trouble on the track and focusing on moving forward instead of getting even.

Great move on Mike Webb's part bringing him on at Suzuki.

I'm pretty big Chad reed fan and I think that pass was fine, mostly because I feel like Chad would have down the exact same thing if rolls were reversed (especially when Chad was at the point that Eli is in his career ie thinking he can win every race). Eli had the run through the whoops and Chad could have probably avoided going down but would have had to concede the position. Hopefully next week they can both get up front and battle.

Reed is about 8 positions better in his head than he is on the track. His ego is the only thing left at the front of the pack. I think it's hard for him to be on the receiving end of so many passes lately. Maybe they need to start flagging him to let him know the fast guys are coming through.

Pinch

The first part was funny. The tank top deal was unnecessary.

I was kind of thinking about it in reverse, I thought the first part of the post was delusional but the tank top idea was solid!

Kind of disrespectful for the wife of the guy you blindly defend but to each their own. Sure, she reacted to and/or caused some drama online this week but there is no need to go that direction with it in my opinion. Reed's comments on pulp again claim that he was the victim once again, and it was reported that Ozzy went to the officials to talk about it after race. I guess if nothing else he will have some more chapters to include in his book. Sure is sad to see all this bs towards the end of a stellar career.

Classic Vital.
You don't know any of these riders personally. Yet you make personal judgement on them using what little info you get filtered through the media.

How do you know how much Tomac complains?

"all this bs" Smile

Yes, so much controversy, drama! Chad even used the word "dumbass" It is so sad. I'm glad you're sad like me.

I mean, what is racing coming to! Until Chad, riders never commented after they got taken out. And no one ever talked to the AMA before.

Damn, that Chad Reed.

We must keep talking about how bad Chad is, OK. Keep it up.

Tomac reminds me of Barcia right now. Couple 250 titles, a bunch of potential, the need to rub the paint off people slower than him, and a connoisseur of dirt. It may be fun to park a dude with a bunch of race wins and titles, but he won't get any of those same accomplishments playing this game with Reed.

You're out of touch. What Tomac was fussy about was a pass by Reed at SD. Tomac said Reed rubbed him so Tomac got pissy and retaliated, twice.

I know! Reed sucks. He'll never see the podium this season.

I hope Tomac takes Reed out next week as well. I love hearing babys cry.
Now, is Tomac a cry baby?
"He roughed me up"
"He ran me wide"
"He verbally abused me"
All from one Tomac interview.

Thought verbally abused was funny.

Not possible seeing what he did say, was directed to his action, in an interview, to someone else. But hey... it's about going fast on dirt bikes, not school.

It's weird how the Reed haters are OK with Tomac complaining about rough riding. If Reed mentioned being ran wide, claimed verbal abuse, this place would implode.

Reed will come out on the the short end if this takeout war with Tomac continues. Eli needs to forget about playing tag and concentrate on his starts. The kid has the speed to win races but if he can't start with Roczen, Dungey and Canard he kind of panics and implodes. He will figure it out eventually and I'm sure he will win another on before the season is through.
