What Canard did was a mistake....what Reed did was on purpose. They both could've hurt each other, but hurting someone by mistake is slightly different then hurting someone on purpose. My guess is the more he thinks about it, Chad will begin to feel wrong, slightly embarrassed and eventually apologize. The quickness with which this happens depends on his maturity. I think Chad is a stand-up guy that just got caught up in the moment and "cracked." Of course he has reason to be angry at Canard but he certainly should understand what he did was wrong. I'm also going to guess that Chad apologizes in some sort of press release before next weekend.
