Question....." Since WADA has intervened into our sport , is there anything they can do , possibly inform the riders , teams , ect....to make everything easier to understand? "

" And ask the riders if they have any questions about it.....and why it may seem confusing? "

Also......

" Would you be down for more rider designed tracks.....like the ones Larocco and Pastrana designed a few years ago? "

BTW.....those were two of the best tracks made in the past 20yrs imho!

I don't really get the point of the A-1 press conference.
In past years and I'm guessing this year
Someone from FELD will toot their own horn and talk about how excited they are about the upcoming season/schedule.
Someone from FELD will present the asterisks mobil medical unit with a check, at least we all hope so.
All the riders will sit next to each other, say how excited they are for the season, and talk about how much respect they have for the competition being as politically correct as possible.
The true fans of the sport will watch it and wonder why they do it.
The casual fan will never hear about it.
AND
We will have to wait until after A1 for GUYB and others to interview guys 1 on 1 and ask the real questions people actually want to hear.

You'd like to hear some hard hitting questions like what the riders feel about not being able to have people sell rider merchandise at the stadium booths and receive compensation. It would be interesting to hear something like that, watch how FELD handles the situation at the press conference and also hear about how it's handled later, but the press is required to walk on egg shells. Honestly feel bad for the journalists and media in this sport.

We don't have to walk on eggshells.

On the other hand, we also don't have to be complete asshats.

good point, and I know it was a bit hypothetical but it would be nice to know how many riders are legally on Adderal.

Why would that even matter?

In no particular order:

Do you like movies about gladiators?

Do you like to hangout in gymnasiums?

Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

Have you ever been in a Turkish prison?

Add to that.....

Have you read your license prior to signing it? Or is it more like signing a real estate contract, where you just trust all the players to have your back?

What are your goals for this season? And what will it take to win the championship with such a good group of riders racing every weekend?

Every photo I've seen so far says no.

Maybe the riders can ask me, "Is it embarassing to have a bunch of contrary a-holes on your forum?"

Answer? Yes.

I was trying to make an example of the idea that we don't need to quiz every rider about whether or not they have a TUE, and don't need to know what it's for.

Ask the riders if they feel like a change is needed... Is the series too long?

You started it...

Is there any other sport where the journalists ask the questions they think the athletes want to be asked as opposed to the questions the fans want to hear? I'm not saying there aren't boundaries; I just think the riders should be treated more like the POTUS in a press conference and less like a 17 year old girl on a first date.

I feel an eloquent and opinionated guy like Reed would take a TUE question like that and run with it.

EDIT: Autocorrect on ipad sucks!

Why are you such a douche on your own site? Most people can tell what is said as "tongue n cheek" but you love to criticize.your own supporters. Hey, it's all your show so you can do whatever you please. It just seems you look to criticize posts to try and make others feel demoralized or stupid. Try and lighten up. Not all of us are in the pits and mingling with all the teams every week. We just want you to report to us what's going on.
