Testing without any penalties in place or written in a rule book...?
No time frame? They Fim, Wada need to be fair and partial with ones time...
If you want to test, you make sure you do it correctly and collect samples from everybody, like in every other sport that tests. Non of this random top riders garbage.
The way I see it is Wada and especially the FIM have let this community down in a big way. They went about this all wrong and with nothing in place and no guidelines to follow. its all a farse. We are being cheated and Js7 is being cheated. If he doesnt get to race he would have just spent the last 3/4 months training and testing for absolutely nothing. What a waist of time......
Things lke this cannot happen in a growing sport like ours, it makes the Fim look incompetent and most of all our community. For obvious reasons I gather why our sport hasnt gone to the next level in popularity.

Samples from everyone? Is that really necessary? Fairly sure that 'every other sport' does not in fact test everyone.
Random testing plus top three should be enough to discourage cheating as you never know when you could be tested.
Its not about enforcing the rules im all for the rule book and enforcing the rules.....its the discipline that needs to be written out. you cant run a company without them. Name me one sports league that has an * for their rulebook.
Go to the Nfl rule book
First offense for adderall is a 4 game suspension
Baseball, track, swiming, basketball, and all these sports have written penalties and very quick turn arounds on their disciplinary actions...but guess who doesnt? Fim
Its one thing if these actions come within a reasonable timeframe, but this is ridiculous...Im pretty sure that James could have saved a lot of time in life and money having the correct rules and disciplinary actions in place.
There needs to be flexibility in a regulation scheme that encompasses so many different substances.
There is a reason why our sport hasnt grown to that level of Nfl or Mlb...
I fhink its funny that you guys still say he was cheating...? I guess he was cheating so much that they decided to grant his Tue regardless...makes sense. Big time cheater only deserves the right to cheat some more.
I think his fans should look at the bright side, if he is suspended he gets to walk away healthy, rich, knowing he was one of the best and with tons of fans, that's not a bad gig.
The way he pushed the limits reminded me of Pastrana, I was always concerned for those guys on the track, so healthy is good way to go out.
Bubba will be fine and so will SX and MX.
They will grow old that way, Bubba will be chillin on his lake boat and golfing
Reading comprehension.

It certainly is a paperwork blunder. But he had multiple chances to disclose that he was taking it, including at the time of the test and he didn't mention it. That at least seems deceptive on some level. If it's not a big deal, why not mention it? And let's not forget the staff of professionals that he hires who should have made sure that all of his paperwork was squared away.
James having skill that "we can only dream of" has nothing to do with the topic at hand. I can think of many people who are far better than I am at things, or more intelligent...it doesn't give them an excuse to be held to a different standard than myself when it comes to the rules. There's plenty of "nice guys" that are less than honest. Nobody made James choose to go in the direction of being a "high profile athlete pulled in a million directions." If he can't handle that, maybe it is time for him to retire and fade away out of the spotlight.
Please don't even bring race into this discussion. That has absolutely nothing to do with anything that's currently happening with the situation. I'll admit that I'm jealous of his talent. I wish I could ride the way he does. But I don't wish it badly enough that I'd change anything about my situation in life. I've been fortunate enough to enjoy my share of successes. So I don't think jealousy is a factor either.
Maybe he is at risk for "being pushed out of the sport?" Even that is a grasp since he's the one who put himself in the situation to begin with. Had he simply gotten his TUE prior to the testing, he would have been fine. He didn't and has to deal with the consequences. He deserves no safe harbor simply because he's "one of the best."
The sport is fine. It will continue on. And it will do so with or without James Stewart. Every sport or competition has it's people who don't play by the rules. Cheating happens. Oversights happen. And there will be consequences. These consequences should apply uniformly across the board regardless of who gets caught up in them. That being said, the amount of time that this process has taken is crazy to say the least. The penalty will be what it is. Anyone who did the minimum of research could have found that the penalties are usually pretty lengthy and if they didn't want to get caught in one to make sure they have their paperwork in order. James and his team didn't do so. Now they pay the price.

Everyone gets your like the bible thumper pushing the rules are rules, societies crumbling because of the lack of rules blah blah blah.
Come back when you have some new material for the act.
I feel like im talking to my 5 year old...
Didnt you just tell me you have the penalty structure? So please inform me. Is James racing or not? Whip out that magic rule book of yours, where everything is clearly written out.
