We don't care how the hell they do it in California, we just need a National in the S.E.

DC mentioned in that Perspectives thing I did with him last week that the Southeast is underserved.

I'd be surprised to see two in Nor-Cal anytime soon.

The mx race they had a sears last year was cool and all but that would suck to put a national there. Has some nasty dirt and isn't very good for spectating in large numbers. It was a good track, but there are much more deserving tracks out there that would be better fit for AMA motocross.

They can kiss my butt! The two California rounds have been some of the roughest and most "Motocross" style tracks. Rough, rutted, deep, loamy, etc. they get killer!

I dont see one at Sears Point though... The dirt sucks.... U wont find many who will like it.(From what everyone tels me)

I think it's unlikely.
DC on DMXS last week.
Dropping one of the PA rounds-(A Rita Round)-for a round in the southeast, 2010.

Really? How many national champions have came from "norcal" in the last 10 years?

Morais is a former norcaler... hes not a champ... yet.

Magoo...

I know theres a bunch of consistantly fast racers that generated from norcal.

Yea so Cal has the heart and soul of motocross and i wouldnt expect anything different with all the resources in that area.

I would narrow that list to Berber and the "new" Bremen opening in 2009 as the top SE contenders.

I concur!! lol Hangtown is like my back yard.. I dunno about Sears tho the dirt didnt look too impressive.. What about Mammoth? E st would killer since its 5 min from me lol If Scott Davis owner of E st and Riverfront tracks got permits to make some parking areas in the back orchards would be good, have busus going from riverfront too E st.. There is a ton of land at both tracks.
ahh wishful thinking thats all..
But ya Bobby as much as id love to have two Norcal Nats in a way it would not be fair for alot of other states. But I agree Norcal is motocross Smile

they would be stupid not to put a national in the southeast. and it has nothing to do with being fair. its a huge market. Just look at the Atlanta supercross attendence records. if a business was run on being fair it would be belly up in no time. the numbers and facilities are there for the southeast and thats all that matters.

offroadtoday has a point, rubberband starts wouldnt cut it..... dumb@$$

Monster Mountain is an amazing track. i noticed its for sale though. the track thats going to get it probally already knows its getting the national, so i doubt they would sell with a nat. on the horizon.

id agree Bremen would do well with a national. im alittle skeptical about Barber since they havent even built the track yet...

back in '03 bubba showed up at Monster Mountain a couple times. I was lucky enough to live right down the road so i went out there to watch. it was scary how fast he was. to this day it was the coolest thing ive ever seen.... i cant even describe it
