I think its absolutely ridiculous riders are complaining of rough track. My opinion (as a monday morning courterback, none the less) is that the tracks need to be rougher. Then they will see why these fourstroke fuking roadbikes lack. give them a power advantage and everything its cool, twice the size? no problem. and when the pig blows up after a year ( not if but when) you could've had a built fresh bike, and enough hookers and drugs to take a step away from racing. But we are the ones to blame! I own 6 myself. 3 relevent. I miss the days of racing was TECH, but less dangerous. I dont want to see another friend in no halo cast. who does? man i now its the way of the future for this fourstroke revolution. but i beleive its a shorter road than most think

The best tracks will have rough sections some smooth sections and some technical sections.

If they want smooth tracks they should move to the GP circuit.

I just want to know how you start a rant about rough tracks and merge a rant about 4strokes and make any sense of it ?

Read the recent thread about the Motocross des Nations, watch some GP racing and then come back and edit your post accordingly...

I think any rider who complains about a rough track should come to Suthwick on an NESC day and see what the 80cc novice class has to deal with. It makes the track at the end of the national day look like Daytona (the road course not the SX layout)

Here you go. To quote you both. "Straight from the horses ass".

“Another change involves running the 450 class first,” said Coombs, pointing out that the track won’t be quite as choppy for the 450 guys, which has BEEN A COMPLAINT in the past, and that the 250 guys are always saying the tracks are too smooth.

Yeah there definately is....anyone can go fast on a smooth manicured track it takes some skill to go fast on a rough track and keep it on two wheels.
